DO NOT GET VERIZON!! YOUR BILL WILL ALWAYS INCREASE AND THEY LIE ABOUT CONTRACTS!! The sales rep who sold me my phone straight up lied and doesn't even work there anymore. IF YOU BUY A PHONE, YOU'RE FORCED TO PAY FOR IT MONTHLY AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOU PAY IT OFF EARLY TO LEAVE THEIR SERVICE!! THAT'S A CONTRACT!!! Go to Spectrum, your bill NEVER changes. And to top it off, your phone number might not come up right if you text someone. It's just randomly a different number. Goodluck, getting it fixed too. CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE VERIZON!!!!!

Great group of guys over there as soon as you pull up they’re holding the door for you come in or going out. Got a chance to work with the store manager Abe, made the process smooth and easy stress-free got me in and out of there can’t say enough good things, my favorite location in the area by far. Our experience was the best we’ve received from a Verizon store. Kenton was so helpful. We came in 30 minutes before closing from a phone disaster, and he never made us feel rushed or that we were an inconvenience. He talked us through all our options multiple times so that we could understand, and was both kind and professional, helping us get the best plan for us. Definitely will be returning here.

Louis was my Salesman and he did a fantastic job, he helped me with the purchase of an iPhone 15 Pro and a 5G wireless hotspot, as Louis said, they work perfectly together, as fast as satellite or Cable internet. The iPhone 15 pro camera is worth the money if you enjoy photography

Went in to get cracked screen protector replaced. Tim was an awesome representative. Knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Answered all my questions about service overseas (I will be traveling soon) AND installed new screen protector perfectly! I am very happy with Tim and the service I received.

Marcus (Manager) and Charlie are spectacular!! We had long ongoing problem with our bill that customer service was advised and failed to correct for 5 months and they were able to straighten out the problem in a short time with benefits!! Amazing! We are extremely grateful to the Trouble Creek office for their courteous and proficient service!!

I just stopped in for a question about my bill. 20 minutes later I'm walking out the door saving $30 a month. They didn't try to push and sell me anything. Very respectful and great customer service. Highly recommend the trouble Creek store.
