This shop is great when the owners are there. Whoever runs the shop on the weekends makes the shop not-so-great... therefore this shop gets low stars. I was treated so terribly by the weekend employees I'll never be back again

The laziness and incompetence level was most definitely Cringeworthy. I brought a item in that is actively selling on eBay and has sold many times on eBay with proof pricing anywhere from $300 to $600, the elderly lady that should probably be retired, glanced at the item for about 2 seconds and said I can't take this it's missing something...
I replied letting her know that's how it's manufactured if you take a moment and look it up you'll see for yourself, the lazy employee refused to take 30 seconds and look the item up to see the if it's actually "missing" anything or it's actual value.
I Went down the road to a competitor pawn shop they were very pleasant to deal with, took time to look the item up and made a very good offer which I accepted.
Value Pawn needs to take the time to train their employees on how to provide (Good Customer Service) and the ability to research items they have zero knowledge about. Or they should quit hiring elderly people that are to lazy or lack the knowledge to research items.
