“Bought a 2014 grand Cherokee from these guys within the first two days of ownership literally only two days check engine light comes on! These guys did aware me that the car had an opened recall for the pcm needing updated witch I looked into before taking delivery of the vehicle, and from prior experiences I see this happen all the time to brand new cars at the dealerships that I detail cars at so I didn’t mind it. A week later on a Sunday I was driving to Walmart and ended up on the side of the road with a blown radiator. So what do I do? I called the warranty company I paid 4 grand extra on top of the car where I am supposed to be covered no matter what… well I sat with my car for an hour before I could even get someone on the phone to help. My roadside assistance I had to come out of pocket witch was supposed to be covered. Car gets towed to jeep since supposedly I had my choice of shops. Just wait this gets way better. Supposedly rats get ahold of my jeep before purchasing it and chewed through all my fuel lines and that’s what triggered the check engine light due to the car leaking fuel and fumes. That one repair for a new tank and lines is $1,976 dollars and for my new radiator is $1650 bringing me close to $3500 in repairs in the first two weeks of owner ship! The warranty company isn’t budging to help cover the cost of the repairs and when I talked to these guys on helping me repair my jeep I was told the manager of the dealer ship will give me a call… few hours go by no call back so I called back. I talk to the sales manger and this man had the nerve to start screaming and yelling at me when I’m the guy who just got screwed over and is talking as calm and respectful as can be. Long story short these guys weren’t willing to help me even repair my car or even work something out with me. Been paying for a car that’s just sitting waiting to be fixed. Would rate these guys with a zero! I don’t want any one else to get screwed over like how I did!

A year later after I gave the car up to the bank due to SEVERE ENGINE FAILURES! Julian try’s to get in reach trying to “resolve and fix my car “ ???! Been three days no call back or nothing! I’ve met some guys who used to work and sale cars at this dealership and told me the ins and outs of it and I can’t believe I was stupid enough to give these guys my hard earned money. Not only am I out of close to $10,000 (not including car payments I’ve made and insurance) now my credit is trashed. 21 year old man who tried to buy his 8 month pregnant wife a decent safe car got nothing but played tf out! Just down right freaking sad!!!!

Now 3 months still no call back or anything from anybody!!!

Almost a year now never heard anything back! Please don’t buy a car from these places!!! The way these guys screwed me over is down right wrong sorry af! Until they can contact me and talk to me man to man I’ll keep slandering this business to make sure the next guy don’t get screwed over!!!proof of them saying they’ll contact me and never did down below!
