Super friendly people here, Neil is knowledgeable and is always available to give advice when I go in there with a project.Highly recommend this UPS store over the others.The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I've used this store several times to return Amazon Products. And though I've never seen the same employee twice, everyone I've encountered has been extremely helpful and polite!

The staff was very rude, and poor customer service. I made an online appointment for notary service. As per my appointment I showed up. Staff went on to say that notary starts at 10am, not as per my schedule appt. She abruptly informed me that according to the owner she can refuse service. I asked her why is the information not reflected online. She replied “I don’t know, I have a customer waiting.” He arrived shortly behind me. With that said, what was I if not a customer? I must ask is this an action of discrimination or stupidity?This transaction took less than 10 minutes, and no other customer arrived. Hence, I have waited in this location for a period of 20-30 minutes.

I Use this store periodically to mail out Christmas gifts and things that need to be somewhere on time..Today Jenny helped me mail something to another Ups store for pick up in another state.I had no idea how to do that but I brought the info and the package and she walked me through it explaining everything...She was so helpful, and she could see I was stressed because this needed to be timed correctly for pick up by people who were traveling by car, passing through.So Jenny, THANK YOU so much for your excellant customer service and your kindness...

Incredibly rude staff!!! The old man and Asian woman need training in customer service. I was returning Amazon items and they didn’t like the box that I had my items in, EVEN THOUGH, UPS and Amazon both say no box no label necessary. They saw me struggling with a large box and a small child, and continued to say I needed to buy one of their boxes or go home and get something else. I was disappointed and embarrassed and had enough and wasn’t going to stand for being treated like trash any longer. Luckily a very kind patron told me that they don’t frequent this UPS because they always have issues and got a different box from her person vehicle to give me. NEVER AGAIN. If friendly, customer oriented professionals are what you seek, go to their Trinity location. Zero stars if I could.

Rude people. I asked for help bringing in a extremely Amazon return and thankful another customer came to help. Also, charged for taping up a box. Will never return to this store.

Instead of replying to each negative review,train your crew how to be polite..When you do amazon return at Kohls,they simply scan your barcode but at this store you need to email the label and pay 1$..

Shelly is extremely rude and will result in a bbb complaint. Neil was fantastic. This store gets one star because of its leadership and the fact that Shelly ruined my experience. Avoid this location unless you like rude people, questioning you and making comments about what you may be shipping.

I went to have papers faxed. I told them one page was both sides. I asked when completed if he did indeed fax both sides of the page. He kinda rudely said yes. I called the company to confirm receipt and they said it was not complete. There were only 5 pages yet he charged for 7 and he still didn't do it right. Big disappointment. I will find somewhere else in the future rather than use UPS STORE.
