The employees at this location are the very best!! They are always very helpful, kind, respectful, caring and go out of their way to make sure you receive quality service. I am at this location at least two or three times a month for the past two years and I have seen firsthand as they interact with the customers with compassion and understanding. If there is something that they cannot compete for example a notary or file issue the staff member explains as to why they are unable to complete. Truly outstanding team work!! It is a pleasure going into this store! Thank you for all your help! Great job!

I’m a 66 y/o woman, Went in carrying a 33lb defective canopy purchased from Amazon got a UPS drop off code and label from Amazon. The man behind the counter saw me struggling with the door, never offered to help! I had the return emailed to me. The man behind the counter named Shelly was not interested in seeing any of my proof that I had a drop off return label. He immediately said I needed a box I had to pay $28.75 for a box to return a defective item to Amazon. I called Amazon and they said no if the gentleman had looked at the label it clearly stated UPS drop off. Not only that, but I went to a different UPS store and they gladly took it with me paying anything. The man Shelly does not know the rules of Amazon returns. I believe he just wanted to make money put the money in his pocket for a box that was not required by Amazon in order to return, so I called him after I dropped it at the other UPS store and told him they didn’t require a box, nor charge me for a label! He just wanted to argue that it was impossible to drop it off at another UPS store without them charging me for a box but I can assure I did drop it off at another UPS store and never paid one cent. #UPS please hire more compationate people, he was rude and argumentative.

Could not ask for a better store for mail and packaging services. Everything from a living will to a photocopy, to a return or shipping a package and everything in between. Even Amazon returns. Staff are friendly, efficient and totally focus on you to make sure all is done properly and you leave happy. I use this store to the exclusion of all other similar ones. I even do my USPS work at this store. Costs are fair, service and employees are great and everything is taken care of. Why would I go anywhere else. Give them a try.
