I normally go to another UPS Store because it's much closer to my home, however, I was in your area and decided to come by yours, and I'm SO glad I did. I was helped by two people who were both personable and professional which is a great combination! Also, your copy prices are exponentially cheaper than the store I normally frequent. Thank you so much for extraordinary service!

I had the same issue yesterday as a previous customer did, who wrote a review on here for this store.It had to do with the employee not accepting my package because it was in a box with a logo other than UPS on it. Also, before I was even told they were not going to accept it, the guy waiting on me had already measured the box and looked up the cost for me to purchase one of thier boxes at $17.99! I have never had an issue with usung recycled boxes to ship with UPS, so needless to say I was very confused and frustrated. I just took my box and left, after telling the guy that this was ridiculous. Will not be going back to that store at South Gate Shopping Centre.

2 days before Christmas I'm playing in the front yard with my 3 year old son. I have been waiting for my son's main Christmas present from Santa. The girl helper walks to my front door holding the main present from "Santa" and says loudly to my son : "Is this Christmas present for you?! You must have been a really good boy this year!" Meanwhile the present's box has a picture of what it is on the outside of the box. Even if she didn't know that gift was supposed to be from "Santa", why on Earth would you get the attention of a young boy and show you him his Christmas present before Christmas? You obviously shouldn't do that. It was an expensive gift, that's why it was the main gift from "Santa" to my 3 year old son. I had to go out and find him a new main gift from "Santa" less than 2 days before Christmas. SMH. That's means "shaking my head". ?

If you bring a package in to be mailed, don't trust a girl name Carrie with red hair to put the proper label on it. My fiance took a package here (to be mailed to me in NJ) & instead of putting the label directly onto the proper box, in front of the customer like every other single UPS does, she set it aside & when she finally got around to doing her job, she screwed up the labels. I received spectrum internet equipment! It's been 4 & 1/2 days & they STILL cannot tell me where my actual package is located. When my fiance 1st confronted her, she acted like it was no big deal! Totally nonchalant. Realistically speaking if she's done this to my package she's either done it in the past or she's going to continue doing the same thing. I understand accidents happen, but where was the sorry? Or her feeling even the least bit bad? What if this was my pets ashes or something? Just totally irresponsible!
