This was the drop off destination on a one way U-Haul Truck from East Hillsborough. The whole process was fantastic and Dave did a great job on the return of vehicle. After checking in, Dave began sanitizing the vehicle immediately, which under Covid conditions is a blessing. My son has used this location previously and had great service as well. Nice Job Dave. U-Haul is the best.

The man behind the counter never acknowledged me. Never said hello or anything. I waited for a while, not long and then he asked me what I wanted.At least say "Hello".Then the guy said he had no used tires and walked away. I was asking him about new ones and he kept walking away.Allot of people are out of work and here's this guy with a job and so rude to me. He should be happy to be working and have a job!

We rented a pick up from them for 4 days. We found that we only needed it for a day. Upon returning it, we were 2 hours late. Instead of offering us to keep it for another 22 hours, we were charged a whole other day !!! I understand charging for the 2nd day, but what I don't understand is them offering us to keep it for the extra 22 hours that we paid for !!!
