“I would recommend THIS location at 5631 US 19, Newport Richey, but I will NEVER recommend UHaul as a whole after what it seems Corporate put me through. I specifically chose THIS location, based on not only it being directly in between the 2 storage units I needed to move, but more-so, because since I needed to move a motorcycle, they were helpful in helping me decide the best option since my tow hitch was bumper attached, not frame, so I needed a truck. I went online and picked that store, but apparently, UHaul decided they know what location is closer to me, which was not the case, and the 7-11 they sent me too, didn't even have the keys for the truck for me, causing serious frustration and delays. Do NOT pick for a customer in the future, just to satisfy YOUR needs of rotating trucks. Not a good policy at all, but the location I did get it at was great! Seriously, UHaul should not be trying to dictate where to go, and let the customer choose, especially when it was a gas station where no one even had a clue where the keys were, and the person in charge NEVER showed up!!! The 5 stars are ONLY for this location, but Uhaul corporate rates zero stars.”

“The guy that was at the counter that rented the truck to me was very helpful and answered all my questions and then when I got back the lady that came out and looked over everything was very nice and very efficient and got me out of there really quick everything was really good I was a little late getting there and I felt so bad but they assured me everything was OK and I really appreciate that”
“I would like to recognize Ashley for being awesome! I just called a few different U-Haul locations trying to find a pickup truck since I only have a few items to take to the landfill. Ashely's location on Madison did not have one available, but she took the time to find me what I was looking for, and she found another location only a couple miles away and reserved the truck for me for today! She was very patient, personable, and should be commended for taking the time to help me (without me even asking), especially when she is getting nothing in return. “I rented a car through Avis/Budget for a week and was not disappointed. This is one of the only rental agencies I've seen that accepts a debit card w/ a credit check of course, making it super easy to get a more than decent car. Very friendly staff who answered all of my questions with a smile, and helped with the best price around town. Be sure to check them out the next time you think about vacationing!”
