Horrible, they never call you back, they tell you a certain date for install or to fix something and they never show up ! Go elsewhere !! Wish I would have read reviews before I did business with them

Absolutely do not order from them! So upset, we ordered the fist time everything went great LOVED the product. Called back a year latter to finish our fence, talked to Mark he ordered the same material as before paid $237.64 that day. Then we waited... and waited,... and waited NOTHING! Now 6 months later still trying to at least get an answer from the company about this order. The house we were fixing has been sold (October 2016) and the product is no longer needed. Maybe this review will HOPEFULLY get Mark to return our calls, emails & faxes sent to him.

I really didn't want to give any stars to this company for the poor customer service they gave me. I wanted to order a 12' driveway gate that could not be done online. I called the only number on the website and left a message. No response. I emailed The Fence King twice and still got nothing from the company. This was over a week ago. Guess they do not want my $1000.00 business. Cannot imagine how they stay in business.

Too bad there isn't negative stars Purchased gates, 2-3 week lead time called to follow up at 4 weeks and received this email: I have been waiting on an answer from the manufacturer but I am yet to get something solid. From the grapevine, I heard that the shuttle truck that ships materials between branches broke down in Tennessee I cancelled my order and received this email: You didn't have to sign anything. (But you did) The terms & conditions on the website CLEARLY STATE the fees. This isn't my first rodeo Mr. Hoskins, disputing the charges will only cost you more money. I suggest we wait until I have a ship date for the gates and all will be good. You will surely lose 1/2 your investment going that route. -Mark @ The Fence King, LLC Buyer beware, a lot of promises but no action then I am expected to sit and wait. Be careful!
