Unprofessional bank tellers at this Truist location! Went there to deposit a check in the drive thru, and regretted it 35 minutes later after we waiting and waiting for a rude bank teller to complete the transaction. We watched as she talked to a customer inside the bank for twenty minutes, ignoring us in the drive thru. I hit the call button and asked her to return my bank card and expressed that I would come back at a “less busy time” and she insisted it would only be two more minutes. 10 minutes later she still had my check and bank card and continued to talk to a customer in the branch without assisting us. Other bank tellers were completing other drive thru transactions before us as we continued to wait after 40 minutes she finally sent it back with little apology for our time. Will never go back to this unprofessional location full of incompetent bank tellers. Save yourself the trouble and visit another truist location as you will regret coming here with their long wait time and rude tellers!

I completely disagree with some of these posts. Lighten up!! I went there because of issues with the transition from Suntrust to Truist. Jamie Ramirez was one of the best people to deal with!! She is one of the Client Representatives there at the branch and was absolutely not only amazing to work with but I left literally laughing and smiling!

This ATM machine is the biggest piece of garbage. It wouldn't accept my deposit one day, spitting out all of my money but $1.. I then tried to use the ATM machine today and it wouldn't even read my card or the guy's card in front of me. Please fix this machine. It's extremely inconvenient.

I have been a customer since 1994.I have never had such poor customer service. They have not posted bank activity on the web page since 3/13/12021.Today is 3/29. I tried to call and the number to call is wrong

This bank charges $6 if you make a deposit via the ATM and make a mistake when entering the amount. My boss deposited a $2200 check and entered it as $2000 - and SunTrust charged him $6 to add the extra $200 to his account. He called and spoke to the manager about it, but she wouldn't remove the $6 charge. Ridiculous! Chase Bank doesn't charge for human error.
