Very disappointing customer service here. My Mom was sold a defective propane tank (the valve would not open) a few months ago as a backup before a storm. She was not given a receipt. Today we tried to use it, which is when we realized it was defective. So we went back to this station hoping they would do the right thing and exchange it, no such luck. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
