Kristen H. Is very helpful and good at her job. She greets you with a smile and solves the issues quickly. This is the only branch I will go to for service for now on. ( Trinity) They know how to be great at Customer Service.

Came here to pay on my starter card which I was behind didn't want to pay the 8 fee for over the phone so I went in waiting in lobby they can clearly see me waiting then I go to the teller line I say I want to pay on my credit card n open a new checking account says have to call members solution we can't take your money you owe on your credit card why I call members solution they say theirs no reason they didn't take my money for the credit card . I will say Joshua bowman called few days later n apologized for the inconvenience also went to the Clearwater location n Dina was extremely helpful in helping me correct the issue ?

I was encouraged years ago to give a credit union a try. Years later, I’m finally giving up. Not only are there no benefits to Suncoast over a bank, they’re not even as good as a bank. Don’t ever have an overdraft as they won’t let you know about it and give you the opportunity to cover it before you’re hundreds of dollars in the hole with overdraft charges at $30 a pop before even knowing about it. What a nightmare Suncoast has been.
