Sun Collision center made my Highlander brand new! George was there to assist me and provide an estimate on Labor Day, order the parts and get me right in while Elefteria kept me informed throughout the process and had my car ready when promised. Did very Good work Car looks beautiful thank you PS why did you not replace the wiper blades and why did I have to go and get them and not you? I am disabled. you had the car for one month very unacceptable then to tell me to pay for it and ask the insurance to pay me back

I'm results driven and although I initially had an issue they rectified the issue no questions asked even after a year of not noticing it. The work they did was good, they just installed an aftermarket tail light that wasn't the same as the one on the other side and for 11 months I didn't pick it up that it wasn't the same but I brought it up to them and they fixed it and even helped me with another issue I had that wasn't part of it. The fact that they stand by their work is everything. Thank you

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place!! I’ve had work done here on my car a few times, and every time I am treated professionally and with respect. Leftie and George were especially helpful in working with me and constantly keeping me updated on the status of my repairs. Additionally, the finished work is done with care, and the areas of the car look brand new. This is the only place I will have my car worked on because I know they truly care, take pride in their work, and treat their customers like family. Thank you for everything, and I HIGHLY recommend this body shop to anyone!

Gentleman that helped me on my previous visit (used to have a cast on his foot I forget his name) was exceptionally helpful. I had the same issue with my car and called in. Spoke to the same gentleman who said to bring it in when you can and they will take a look at it to see what they can do
. When I got to the center Leftie was exceedingly ignorant and not helpful. Positivity is something this woman lacks and I am sure they get their share of fools that they work with but I explained my situation and she acts as though I lied about everything. That my car was never worked on here, I never spoke with the gentleman on the phone, that it was my fault the issue happened again was the only point she talked over me to make. Terrible service, undesirable interactions with employees that ruined my day. I came as nicely as I could and explained my situation without blame and took whatever cause she decided to point out for the issue without argument. I couldn't be a better customer, she could be a better employee. To her credit, she found that I did speak with him, that my vehicles work history was on file, and that they could fix the issue again and that it is my responsibility if the issue happens again. The way she told me this was "give me the keys and if the issue happens again it's on you" as I explained thank you and I appreciate it she just talked over me and just repeated it's on you, it's on you, it's on you.

Had my car repainted, headlights sanded. It looks like a brand new car!!! They even vacuumed the inside, cleaned the windows, and I no longer have a furry/fuzzy dashboard! Thank you thank you thank you! Car cleaning has never been my strong suit!
