Friday November 9th. Unfortunately I had to go into spectrum store again. This place should be closed down. They serve no purpose. I needed to get my old phone spectrum phone transferred over to new spectrum phone and once again they sit on their ass and don't want to do a damn thing. Lazy People stay away from this place. They suck
People waiting to get service store is full of people and workers are going behind in back for some unknown reason while lines of people are waiting for service. I waited 2 hours to get my phone transferred over from old phone to new. Was over at the one in tarpon springs same problem with arrogant workers that don't want to work and give you an attitude. Real pos.

We moved into a development that provides internet and cable. So far, service has been good. The issues we have are technical with performance of the cloud DVR. The first issue is that you can't access Spectrum on every smart tv which results in using their XUMO box connected to the TV. Not a big issue but the performance of the cloud dvr is not so good. You cannot pause/rewind live tv. When setting up a recording, you go into the guide and not all recording show as being scheduled but going into the actual recording function it shows it is scheduled, but then they don't always record. The next issue is when fast forwarding/rewinding a recording, you cannot see where in the recording you are as the picture remains stagnant and only the time bar moves, so you continuously have to guess where you are. The biggest issue is if you go to fast forward and then hit play, at times it takes you back to the beginning of the recording which is really inconvenient especially if you're watching a sporting event. When we move into our permanent home, doubtful we'll sign up for Spectrum due to these issues.

10 walk-ins waiting in the lobby on a Friday evening. 4 employees working. 3 of them decide to hide in the back room as the lobby continues to fill up.

I am so sick of Spectrum constantly buffering. The amount of money I pay a month, the service should be better than what it is. What is the problem with buffering, I pay good money for internet, WiFi and TV service, seriously what’s the problem???????????????????

Such a terrible store by one employee's mistake the corporate charged me 587$ for mobile and the store manager acts too slow in his action taking time over three months and breaks his promises. I hate this store and the corporate.

Power is back on after the hurricane but yet no Spectrum internet 9th we lost power and Spectrum. The 11th power was back on. Now the 14th and still NO Spectrum internet. Went to Verizon on the12th and had 5G internet as soon as I got home and plugged it in. I'm done with Spectrum forever. Plus the picture on the tv's is so much more vibrant and sharp with the Verizon 5G.

I would not trust Spectrum they charge as much as possible even when you can get something for a much lower price. When you go to cancel your service the will say hold I will be right back and then they will offer you something cheaper maybe adding something. If you still want to cancel the pull the same exact thing. I got tired of this after an hour and a half and hung up. I called back and they lady did the same thing in the end even though this was a month ago I still got a bill from spectrum

Hour wait times, unintelligent, uninformed, unprofessional staff. This is Spectrum in a nutshell. Just go with a different provider. Two blue-shirt employees at 2 registers but only one was working even with 5 people in the store. Just chatting with another black-shirt employee.
