This branch is an asset to the community as well as to me. The employees know me and I know them. Always courteous and polite. The manager, customer service representatives always helpful with questions I need assistance with.Great Staff

Regions has been my preferred financial institution for many years. I have rarely had situations that were not 100% positive but when this occurred, Regions was right there to help. Highly recommend. ggd

I just opened an account at Reqions and they were very helpful and understanding of exactly what I was looking for, and were able to accommodate me on every request. Hopefully this bank will stay in business a very long time.

I have been going to Regions bank since 2009. I have had awesome services whether locally or even with the national service center. One year on a Superbowl Sunday their fraud department called me and asked if I was out of state and I said no. I was notified that my debit card number was used in another state and city. The card was destroyed immediately and the couple hundred dollars spent was not billed to me. I never wanted to go to another bank and believe all my banking needs are met at Regions Bank at any branch I visit.

Eric rocks!!I made a horrible mistake with my banking, I deposited a large sum of money into a wrong account, and in a panic called and spoke to Eric, he was calm cool and helped me resolve the issue quickly, it could’ve been horrible for me and he made me feel better right away. At the end of the day the money was back in my account safe and sound. Thank you so much Regions Bank in Newport Ritchey !

I deposited a decent size check the other day and right away I felt the cold shoulder from my "Financial Relationship Consultant" Valentina Kastrati. She wasn't letting me finish my sentences before she was rudely interrupting me and cutting me off ANY TIME she could. Now; I understand bank policy and had it been done with an ounce of professionalism, this mornings events would have gone differently. Sadly, I arrived at 8am (the posted opening time) and sat in the drive-thru line all of 20 mins before someone had actually acknowledged my existence. Even with the "Notice of Hold for Case-by-Case" form digitally printed and made out by the bank itself on 6/21/21 when this black and white legal form states they were delaying 25% of said check. 'This hold to expire on 06/22/2021, making funds available to you the next business day'. Which is today. Moving right along, I go to inquire about why I just deposited money and they are charging me for an overdraft fee that CLEARLY NEVER OCCURRED, ALONG with telling me I am not eligible to retrieve ANY OF MY CHECK until June 30th! SO REGIONS BANK HAS CHOSEN NOT TO HONOUR A BINDING, BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENT TO RELEASE MY MONEY! AND CONVENIENTLY THE BRANCH MANAGER WENT FROM MEETING TO MEETING TO MEETING AND WON'T SUPER CONVENIENTLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER 2PM TODAY!

Wotki g class familes should not use this bank . they charge over draft fees like air . its almost impossible to take care of all the fees and maintain a positive balance . they are taking advantage of this and its sad . im a mom of 3 and i had to take out a loan just to pay back all the fees . Dont Bank With Regions they play dirty

Just came to this branch for the 3rd time for a simple issue. Should have looked at feedback before I EVER opened the account! These people are novices! Can't give simple information such as account balances, Can't open an account properly and order checks, don't follow up with deducting fees as promised AND when I came in to make a further deposit and get the fee removed I spoke to the branch manager Eric who informed me that MAYBE the bank isn't a good fit for me! So expecting good service is too much to ask? Seems so! Looking at the other feedback it seems like this branch isn't a good fit for anyone! There's a branch near my home. I'll do business with them! Monday ill call the regional manager and explain my case and this feedback!
