DO NOT go here! My daughter is an equestrian rider and the suit coat outfits worn for competitions are VERY expensive. I took one of her suits here, and when we got it back it had shrunk one whole size because they used water to try to clean it. It is a process they use when trying to get stains out, but they don’t tell you that. Needless to say, the jacket was ruined and they wouldn’t compensate us for their destroying our $1400 suit. They never called us or contacted us in any way. Do not trust this company. You will regret it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I asked for a shirt to ironed & pressed. It came back, wrinkled. My iron could have done a better job. They only offer redo and that takes several days to get back. There are no managers to speak to. There’s no Customer Service it’s awful and it should be shut down.

Zero customer service. Laundered one dress shirt almost $11. Usually just over $3. Told they checked it in as dry clean. Tried to tell me it is a blend But the instructions say wash!
No trying to resolve the problem. Just “sorry.”
Not my first rodeo with laundering shirts. It also had the wrong description on the bill!
It is the principle of the problem and zero trying to resolve. I feel the clerk thinks I’m old and stupid She just walked away from me.

My wife works next door to this location. We have used them several times in the past. But we won't use them any more. We just picked up one pair of pants, 1 dress and 2 shirts the total was $43 their prices are out of control! The only reason we needed to pick up today is we have a funeral to attend.

BEWARE!Check the receipt carefully !They charge you for drycleaning even if you give shirts for laundry .( the shirt drycleaning they charge is $9.90 )Some shirts they charge you $ 7.50 for laundry and they say that they are branded so higher chrage ( dont know what brands are included in this as they dont disclose while dropping off )They dont even apply coupon though we present it while dropping off the clothes .They Dont honor their advertisementHave been their customer for almost 10 years-thought will give a chance and so kept going and since last year this has been happening very frequently .The quality of dry-cleaning and laundry also went down significantly since last year .Never going back !

After my second visit to Quality Plus Cleaners, I was once again left with mixed feelings. While the customer service was good, the quality of the work fell short of expectations. The staff members were friendly and accommodating; however, upon receiving my garments, I found visible stains, wrinkles, and mishandling of delicate fabrics. Despite their offer to re-clean the items, the initial disappointment was hard to overlook.In conclusion, the customer service at Quality Plus Cleaners is commendable, but the subpar quality of their work leaves much to be desired. I hope to see improvements in the consistency and thoroughness of their cleaning and pressing processes.
