They call &say my insurance has a question about my medicine. Not true. Then they call and text they have a question about my medicine. They call every month. I will tell my Doctor if there's a problem with medicine. May change pharmacy. They are very slow in filling medicine . I have been waiting 2 days to start my new medicine.

It's a supermarket. Clean and well lit. Prices are on the high side just like everywhere else. Most of the staff is friendly. Their strong point is their free app in which you can download digital coupons. There's always a free treat to download like an itsy bag of Tate's cookies or a chocolate turtle bar or Mick's protein bar. On your birthday you get a big treat like half a gallon of ice cream or a cake, both value over $5 which is a nice treat.

I live near public at River Crossing! Unless out of Town I would not go anyway else! Our Publix is always clean, Employees are right there to show you to the item, not tell you On5 half way down, they take you to it! Manager, Tom, is a sweetheart, always pleasant, walking around to make sure all is well and staff, well like NO OTHER! We have a couple of favorites, yet Andrea (customer service), is #1) and Pharmacy (Shirmer & Katie)! Well, I guess you know how we feel about our store? And love going over on scooters not having to drive! Thank you to them all! Eddie & Ann L.

This Publix store is very poorly laid out, and forces shoppers to criss-cross the store several times to locate products. The aisles are painfully narrow, but the employees are helpful and polite.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from publix deli website. NOT A USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE. Very aggravating. You could actually drive to the store, order and wait in line at the deli counter and get it faster! I have also called their customer service for help with the website 3 times with very disappointing results! I order most things online. Never experienced this much difficulty with any other website. As a longtime customer, I would like to continue ordering from Publix deli, however, I will be looking for another company to order deli items unless I receive the call back promised by customer service today.

I went to this Pharmacy for the first time to pick up my medicine and I’m standing there at the counter waiting on someone to help or acknowledge me. I was the only one there they weren’t waiting on anybody else they weren’t busy. The male pharmacist looked at me and never acknowledged me and the girl at the other computer ignored me as well. Finally after standing there for a while I said can someone please help me and then one of the girls came over and apologized and helped me and I told her I said the pharmacist knew I was standing here he looked right at me and didn’t even acknowledge me this is my first time here and probably gonna be the last because that’s very rude!

I was a big Walmart fan and Advocate until this crisis came around and I see how unsafe their practices are and I come to Publix and it's wonderful people of great sanitary friendly God bless you I will continue to shop with you Walmart has Louis a big customer but that's to your game keep up the good work

It’s bad enough that after you spend over 170 some dollars on the things that you need.Then you have the boy that is bagging your groceries wiping his snotty nose on the back of his hand and he thinks nothing of it. It is not sanitary thing to be doing at regular times but to be doing this now when this virus is going around it’s totally idiotic. I guess his mama didn’t teach him proper hygiene.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in the deli. One in particular Marilyn. She had a smile on her face and was very friendly.
