Very user friendly, and accommodating. Called for apt, he explained the process and had the number for my insurance agency on hand. They came out to my home, replaced the windshield and calibrated it within 40 min. Perfect.

Unfortunately I can recommend. They did replace my windshield and did a good job. But took advantage of my insurance company and charged more then double. When the insurance company called them out, they ended up suing the insurance company which ended up costing my insurance company even more.
Companies like this are the reason why insurance companies are charging so much now

Fantastic service!! Called on Monday and was able to get someone out to replace my windshield on Tuesday! Super thankful for their quick response time and explanation of everything that went into the cost of replacement. Will definitely use them for any future needs!!

We had our windshield replaced and it was a great experience. The price to replace it was very affordable compared to other auto glass company. They are cheap and the work done is excellent. Staff were very professional. I highly recommend MARCOS to do your service. He is excellent and friendly. He has a good customer service. The company is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend this company for any of your auto glass service!!! keep up the good work!!!

Did a very fine job and were the cheapest in town. They beat another mobile service, which shall remain nameless by over 100 dollars on a rear passenger window and beat every other service by no less than 50 dollars. Even the services that weren't mobile. Can't recommend enough.

My windshield cracked badly and the company referred by insurance comp didn't have availabilty until the following week, i googled and accidentally came across Premium 1 since this was the only shop that still opened at that time, i called them at 7.45 pm and spoke with Willy. He was able to set me up an appointment the next day, and he even texted me the step by step to connect with insurance comp to get this scheduled right away. He accepted the order and texted me to confirm at 11 pm (can't believe he was still working that late and i really appreciated it). The installer Shannon came on time the next day and finished the job in 30 mins and did a great job.Thank you for making my life easier & less stressful :)

The worse company I've ever dealt with! The owner had no customer service skills! He was very insulting and rude! He never told me the windshield needed to be calibrated for the safety features. I had to take it to a competitor to have the windshield properly installed.

Beat prices in town! Was able to get an appointment the next day and they even offered to come to my job. Had to change locations last minute and they were very accommodating! The worker Shannon was very pleasant to talk to and he replaced my windshield in like 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend this business to anybody and would definitely call them again if needed.
