Brought in a boom box that wasn’t taking a charge and of course I forgot to bring the charger. He suggested I buy a new charger and see if that fixes the problem before doing anything costly like replacing battery. He even went online and found the charger for me to go and order on Amazon so I could return it if it didn’t fix it.. I got that $15 charger and It works perfectly now!!! I now have a level of trust with him that will give him all my business!!

Sent in a GBA with a faulty screen, brought up IPS kits and the guy was realistic about the whole situation. For 30 bucks this place is awesome

Carl deserves more than five stars, I had an original Xbox had some issues call him up he said bring it by. Dropped it off on Friday by Monday afternoon it was finished. I personally wouldn't have a problem taking any of my other electronics to him

Super fast despite being busy, always extremely friendly and such a joy coming here and talking with Carl. Wish we had more people like him around here, he's the best!!! Prices are fair and reasonable as well. He's repaired not one but 2 of my kids nintendo switch lites now and every time I come in I leave happy. This will be our forever and only device repair place to go.

Carl is a wonderful stubborn owner!!! I wish he would of allowed me to buy him lunch, but alas he said he wouldn't eat it lol. But on the business side of things!!! He's amazing, helped me solve my ps3 wifi card issue and also updated my console to the newest update. He can work on ylod and red ring of death. Well worth the 40 mins driving from tampa to npr for his servicea !! I'll recommend him anytime someone has a issue

5/5 stars would give more if I could! Sent my laptop and iPhone 11 in, and in under 2 weeks it was arrived back at my door step in perfect order! He even saved me some money repairing my laptops motherboard over ordering a new one! Best customer service, great friendly atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things about this business. They truly care about their customers. If you’re having doubts rest assured you’re in good hands with PCER!

No need to look anywhere else! Carl is an Awesome guy and Very knowledgeable! The prices are competitive, and it seems like he could repair just about any electronic. Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!!!

Very awesome and knowledgeable dude!!I had a clock mechanism that failed in an old anniversary clock. Took it somewhere and paid $20 waiting 3 weeks for a part to come in and then it was 'sort of' fixed.Out of a whim, I brought my old mechanism to the gentleman, a solder here and there, and it was running again after 10 minutes.I absolutely paid him $20 for his time.Knowledge and expertise is well worth the quick 20$I'm not sure what this guy can't fix to be honest.Also! He sells nice TVs, homemade lightsabers, homemade candy, and other stuff.This guy is the definition of a jack of all trades ? God bless himP.S. no idea what that Gary guy was on about ?

The absolute best service anywhere!Carl is an excellent Electronic Technician and if he can't fix it, it simply can't be fixed. I dare anyone to prove me wrong. (Except Gary because he hasn't been taking his meds and he's delusional)? Anyway, Thanks again for saving the day Carl. The Occulus and IPADS work like new!

My PS5 was not working, so based off reviews, I called Carl and inquired about the cost and repair. Cost was cheaper than shipping to Playstation and so I brought it to Carl and he finished the same day I brought it in. (He repaired the damaged HDMI port) I Would recommend his services for any electronic. Seems very knowledgeable on all things electronic.
