I called this store & asked for a certain product. Online said they had it, but the man on the phone said he didn't see it & took my phone number so he could check for it & call me back. After an hour I called him back. He said he gave it to his manager for her to look for it because they were supposed to have three bags in the store. Well the MANAGER didn't feel it was necessary to call me back. Good customer service, NOT. I ordered it online and it seemed to take almost two weeks for me to receive this product. I will never recommend tractor supply nor will I ever order from them. Three small bags cost me 13.98 delivery charges and the bags were only 14.99 each. I will find another product to replace this one and order from either Amazon or Chewy. At least I can get free shipping with them. You people should stop online ordering if that's the best you can do. Almost two weeks... WOW!
