Extremely rude and uneducated staff. They constantly have different staff due to the way they are treated. They lie on employees just to keep their jobs. Overpriced. Horrible place to work and ther animals are not taken care of correctly as I had a friend who worked there. RACIST STAFF!

I want to thank Jennifer the shift manager and give her a huge hug. I came home from work to find my dogs fur covered in blood and I panicked. Although I deal with this sort of thing with humans each day all my experience and education did me know good at this time. All I could think of was go to the pet store and I knew I had always seen smiling faces at the pet supermarket so I headed there. I was greated with a welcome to our store and this was 10 minutes before they closed. I found it reassuring since most places want to push you out there doors at closing and Jennifer
didnt all she wanted to do was help fix my 4 legged baby and reassure me that all was going to be OK. She listened to my situation and immediately suggested the products that would be perfect for me. Not one time did she try to push me into overpriced products. She asked me questions and listened and sold me products that fixed my baby. As i was leaving she asked me to return in a week so that i could let her know how he was doing and not just for another sale. The customer service i recieved from Jennifer will make me a loyal customer. Cokee and i say thank you Jennifer (shift manager at pet supermarket) sincerly Randy

There are tons of food's and supplies for just about any pet. Echo, Charlie, Bit, and Shadow LOVE when "mom" needs to run to the store because they know they're gonna get things they love to eat, play with, or that makes them feel great. Mom loves it because the prices are FANTASTIC, and because the employees are wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly.

Dont buy fish from here they are uneducated and when there fish die they blame it on you and dont wanna make it right. Stay far away. Multiple employees treat customers like idiots or nasty remarks.
