Went there today to get my headlights changed, everyone there was super friendly and got the job done quickly! Would definitely recommend coming here to get your car serviced. Jimmy the manager was super nice as well.

Hands down absolutely love O'Reilly's. Jimmy the store manager was a huge help!!! He not only found me the correct headlight bulb he also put it in for me. This is my go to place.

Brook was fantastic! She greeted me warmly and offered her assistance right away. Not only did she ensure that I found everything I needed, but she also exceeded my expectations by confirming that I actually didnt required certain items that oil change place had incorrectly suggested. This attention to detail not only saved me money, but also showed her dedication to providing outstanding customer service. I went twice because of a check engine light that notoriously haunts the Toyota owners of the world !! The light along with the VSG light popped but nothing appeared wrong and I went to a competitor and had the codes and estimate for 463 dollars of parts that needed to be changed???? Searching the internet I found that if the gas cap doesn’t seal correctly it could be the culprit? I bought a new cap and they were extremely helpful about how to clear the codes and it worked!! That is for a couple days!! I returned and the guy scanned my codes for me and the four parts needed was now one!!! I bought a quality oxygen sensor that was exactly like the one on my vehicle avoided all the wiring cutting with the one fits all parts and for 157 I was finished. To all Toyota owners always make sure you have a good gas cap and tighten it every time you pump!!!thanks O’Rielly staff for your guidance and advice, I would have bought all those other parts and would have had to pay to have them installed as I couldn’t tackle that problem without a mechanic and who knows how much I would have spent?

Brooke was AMAZZZING, She not only found me the cheapest and best part,but she and Billy BOTH completely dismantled and cleaned the silicone from the headlight assembly from whomever sealed it before I owned the car(silly person)....then installed the correct bulb and
EVEN hooked me up with a 10% discount because I was short on cash and Now I am good to go!!!!
I do UberEats so this is HUGEE! Now I can go work and not worry about a ticket! I will ABSILOLUTELY BE BACK in a few days for my other light! I HIGHLY recommend this store and these Awesome Employees and Manager!!!

I don't know where to begin ! Jimmy (Manager) and Brooke (associate) I can't thank them enough. I panicked my car and started smoking. I walked into the store worried, and they were so HELPFUL and CARING about the situation. Although nothing in the store could reverse my radiator being blown, they did something more heartfelt.. they helped me with a reference to tow my car for what I could afford, They waited with me to ensure I was in good hands. I felt so relieved in their care. I know for certain had I ended up in another auto parts store, I would not have received that exceptional customer service that I was provided with. So friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They go above and beyond their duties. I felt in good hands and will Always be thankful to Jimmy and Brooke and their wonderful team !!! This will be my new auto parts store. Even if I live in another county, I trust their expertise ?. Please show appreciation for those who do what we can not ! This world still has some very good people. Attached in photo's was my problem, They were the solution.
