“My husband and I went in today after having some issues with our devises not having service. We called the online 24/7 customer service team and nothing worked in fact the problem had gotten worse after that. We finally decided to go into the store since Matt and his team have helped us previously, as we had just experienced a major hurricane he was the only one that was able to make it in. We ran into several issues and it was tough to figure out what the problem was however, Matt did not give up nor did he let us leave without making sure our phones were both up and running. He is an amazing worker and no doubt will always be our go-to when having issues we honestly could not thank him enough! His patience with us as well as his ability to make you feel welcomed and like you had a friend working to help you was greatly appreciated!”
