I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.

Kristina in customer service was very personable and helpful. Also there was an older gentleman named Larry and he helped us find everything we need. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. These two individuals made shopping at Lowe’s a pleasure.

Last 3 times I went in to buy a dishwasher, then a stove and then a fridge....all 3 times I waiting 20 minutes before any employee even acknowledged me as they were helping another customer. Every time they could not have the respect or courtesy to even acknowledge I was there or even tell me they would eventually be there....so I bought all items at Home Depot. Lowe's has horrible customer service and based on their actions do not show they care for their consumers compared to Home Depot where I've never had an issue.

Will absolutely never do business here again. First and last time ever purchasing with Lowe’s. Bought an LG Thin Q washer/dryer combo for my fifth wheel RV. Judy Archer had full knowledge that it would be delivered and installed inside of the fifth wheel that’s at an RV RESORT. Delivery was today, it gets delivered, great, the man who delivered it was highly unprofessional. He dropped the appliance off infront of my 2 year old daughter’s pool (with her in it mind you), screamed at my husband who is disabled saying they absolutely do not install appliances into an RV, would not let my husband speak as he continued to yell and speak over him saying he had more pressing deliveries to get to. Had to jump hoops on the phone to figure out why this piece of work couldn’t install the appliances as we were told he would. Will be going later to speak to a manager face to face although I have no clue what that’ll accomplish. The appliances are still outside where this idiot dropped them off because we have no way of bringing it inside. Good thing we got a 5 year warranty I suppose. Now as a 6 month pregnant woman, I have to find a way to get it inside before it storms. Thanks for nothing. Super unprofessional.

The staff at this Lowe’s is friendly and are always willing to help. The store is always properly stocked and organized. The fact that have the feature of using Apple Pay gives them one leg over other home improvement stores.

I was overcharged on 2 plants that were on clearance and had a clear line through the barcode. I would make sure to check your receipts before leaving. I made it home before I realized. But it bothers me still!

Lowe’s guarantee you will love the paint or you can return it. it says in the return policy, BUT this store won’t honor its return policy , I called customer service to ask why and he said they are told not to honor it and gave a excuse once a paint is mixed it can not be returned!? Wait? And to call the paint manufacturer instead. How will you know if you don’t like the paint if you don’t get a color!? I asked for a supervisor and after several minutes on hold I got hanged up. This store is running a shady business and going against Lowe’s policy. I called Spring Hill Lowe’s and he said that is AGAINST policy and he said come to Spring Hill for a refund. I wish I would give a zero star, away I will NEVER buy from this Lowe’s again.
