My Foot dr sent in a prescription for a compound cream for my newly diagnosed midfoot arthritis. The pharmacy calls me 4 days later to ask if I want it. I pay for it they tell me it will be shipped out. Days later I call to follow up and they offer to have it delivered in a couple days that being Saturday. They never came. I call today they say oh sorry we marked it for pick up. I tell them I'll have someone pick it up they say it's ready. My fiancee goes..it's not ready they have to make it and the paperwork clearly said deliver Saturday...so lie after lie. They also included no information about what's in this cream. No name no ingredients nothing at all. I don't feel this pharmacy has been very professional. Hopefully it helps my pain and I have no reaction to it...

Love the pharmacy but I sincerely hope you're taking care of your wonderful staff. The helpful blonde employee didn't even have a voice when I stopped in. Another brunette employee also sounded sick. Hoping you're sticking to the paid covid leave / paid sick leave issue going on at the moment. Do not make sick employees work. I came in for a vaccine and left worried about their well-being.

My wife and I went into the location to get a COVID-19 test and was told that we can get right in. We came in as everywhere else was a 3-4 hour wait. We went in and the test was administered after light paperwork. When the test results came back they then stated that it was a $50 per test charge. I have since tried to file an insurance claim and the insurance company even called out to the location for the codes required to file. They stated that they do not participate in this and the fee is thier requirement.I just wish they would tell you up front about the fee and that they do not participate in insurance as there are so many other options (Walgreens, CVS, Med Express) that you can go to with your insurance info and not be charged.

Best Pharmacy hands down. Awesome staff. All of my medications come from here. They deliver. They are on time. They keep track of my refills. This Pharmacy blows the doors off of any chain Pharmacy. Highly recommend.
