Martin was patience & kind. This was only his fourth day of working at Kanes And he did not hesitate to ask for help. Steve the store manager helped him and was very knowledgeable for me. Melissa helped him with the credit application and she was very kind.

Don't do it !!I purchased furniture from them not a cheap sectional by No means. They had to come out and put stuffing in all cushions 1 than the arms broke down had to have them fixed but to myAmazement i was so shocked while he was fixing the issues i seen the arms were made of CARDBOARD !!! Well Guess what it's broken down again mind you were 55+ years old and just us. Now they won't service it I'm totally Disgusted and Extremely disappointed and Upset in Kanes you spent thousands and thousands of dollars to only be told well its 2 ys old get a new SMH I'll go to a Furniture se that cares about their customers and products they sell..So Don't Buy From Kanes in New Port RicheyOr In 2 years you'll be stuck with broken down unsightly junk!I even Asked when the repair man was here if I could exchange it for a new set or replacement because after seeing how cheaply it was made it was not going to last and I was right................................Thank you Home office for reaching out to me regarding the furniture. I'm happy to say they have addressed the problem and have corrected the problem I was able to reselect another piece of furniture Thank you to Michelle at home office for looking into our issues and thank you Paula for assisting me in your showroom . Paula is very knowledgeable and an Amazing salesperson.THANK YOU AGAIN FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT
