The owners of this business did sub par work when renovating a full bathroom in my house. Tile work was sloppy, uneven grout lines , and the shower faucet was left loose and unfinished. They also were tenants in a rental house that they stopped paying rent on, and had to be taken to court to evict. House was left filthy, and back Florida room completely destroyed, and used for an illegal purpose, as confirmed by law enforcement. Beware of these business owners, they are unscrupulous and caused considerable damage to my home. I do not recommend anyone getting involved with the couple who run this business.

Great Place to get Flooring and Cabinets. They offer Installations aswell. Do Amazing work and guarentee there work . Prices are best around. Highly recommend.

Beware- this company will do bait and switch fraud. I ordered products online that were advertised at one price only to be contacted a few hours later about the price mysteriously being wrong on the website and now it is higher. The website was also mysteriously wrong in giving me free shipping for my order because now my shipping would cost more than the actual product. When I inquired about all these website issues, I was curtly told they are dealt with as they come up and the only thing that could be done was either to pay the extra money or travel 3 hours away to pick it up myself. Disappointing method of doing business.Edit- price is still reflecting almost half what everywhere else is charging and free shipping still applies at checkout, even after it was brought to their attention weeks ago. Classic bait and switch fraud continuing

I went Into this shop looking for flooring and they were so nice walked me thru all the choices found a great deal they have great prices and the Installation was fast and efficient and did a wonderful job highly recommend

What an AMAZING job JNS flooring did on our Epoxy countertops and backsplash they went above and beyond. They took what I envisioned and made it real, exactly what we wanted. Also had cabinets installed. Customer service is on point. We look forward to having them do Epoxy flooring in our home as well. 5 stars for sure.

stopped both Saturday and Sunday and store hours were posted til 3 p.m. on both dqys on the door. No one there. Called and left a message asking for a return call and got a call back on Monday morning. The caller said his brother that does week ends probably was busy and he doesn't work weekends. I asked about an estimate and he set up an appointment for monday afternoon between 1 - 3 p.m. They were a no show and never even bothered to call to let us know they weren't coming. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything. Poor attitude and even worse customer service.

Standing water. Huge pool in the corner of my shower. Told them i would pay any extra needed to float the floor properly before install. Instead they installed the floor tile with zero care and dont use levels to check pitch i guess. Wont come back to fix work and live up to the warranty. They knew they messed up and points blame elsewhere. Worked my tail off on this bathroom just to mess it up at the last step. Told me id have to pay for all the tile that they messed up.

I can not say enough about the great job JNS Flooring did for us. They did a small bathroom for us and we were not even there at the time. But I kept in touch with Gina and Jimmy, who exceeded our expectations. She sent us photos of the final flooring and we could not be happier. I called on a Monday and the following Wed. the job was done. The service and the price were second to none. They were there when they said they would be there, and that's a commitment to their fine work. Kept us informed at all times. I highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future again.. Thanks again Judi and Mike D.
