We've used Jackson Hewitt for the last 6 years and thought they did a good job. Yesterday our new Jackson Hewitt professional, Lissette Urrutia, was outstanding. She is the BEST ever. I will certainly ask for her next year. Incredibly focused, excellent managing our information and quick! We loved her!

Had fed.taxes prepared 04/04/23 by Frank Arvay. He was somewhat overwhelmed by the Wells Fargo Advisors investment material & had a good handle on the other basin interest items. Took 2 hours to complete the process. Previous 5 years with Susan Devries rarely went over 1.5 hours. At the end he went through everything very clearly and noted if there was an issue he would file any corrections and/or amendments for no additional charge. Unknown to Mr. Arvay I had recorded the final explanation & his " no extra charge" on my cell phone.Mr. Arvay is a very personable, customer oriented person and recommend him with only one caution, be prepared for a long wait to completion, however, in my opinion it was worth it.

I have had the pleasure of working with this office for the past decade. Unfortunately the lady handling my taxes has retired due to health concerns and i will miss her professionalism and flexibility with my business returns. I am reassured by NONE other than the Manager,John that he will personally go over them and help me get this year's returns done for me. With many things going on with my family in other states, John has stepped in to make sure a long term customer remains just that. He trains his people that way,so if you are in need of ethical tax representation that stands on it's own merit(s) I can honestly say 10 years of experience with them will attest to give them a call,tell them I sent you!

Do not go to this location. Last year my taxes were done great at the Ridge location. This year they messed up my filing status and gave me wrong return amount to check status online. Even after I called to get correct information they still can not tell me why my taxes do not show up correctly online. So only way for me to see if my taxes have been accepted is to call Jackson hewitt for them to check their system and they told me not to call them alot. I'm sorry but I would like to know if there is a problem with my taxes during processing and when they have been approved and when I am getting the money!!
