Received someone else’s medication and then told I’ll have to wait until the next day to get my medication. I was already getting it late in the first place because their time slots are so limiting so now 2 days late. Not great to hear they’re handing out medication to the wrong people and they clearly don’t understand how time sensitive medication can be. Would rather just go into a pharmacy and actually receive my medication instead of sitting around my house for a 3 hour time slot waiting to receive someone else’s.

Every delivery is perfect, drivers pleasant, on time with a smile. Calls are answered in record time, can't imagine how l every managed without this pharmacy ❣️❣️❣️

Obsessed with them! Honestly don’t know why people are pissed about a time window like yes they can’t magically give you a time. Nothing does that! I love that they remember what I’ve taken so I don’t have too! They even notify you when meds you’ve been prescribed interfere with other meds you are on like your birth control

Omg!! Capsule Pharmacy, by far is the Best Pharmacy I ever dealt with in my life!!! I have lived in a lot of states!!The employees here go above and beyond the call of duty!! I am truly greatful for all your help! I can be a real pain !! ?

Capsule Pharmacy is simply the best! They have changed my life for the better! The staff and Pharmacists are incredibly helpful and having them deliver instead of waiting in like or having to go inside is absolutely a game changer! I highly highly recommend.

Capsule Pharmacy helps me like a small independent pharmacy did where I grew up! They have bent over backwards helping me this past week and offered to help me keep up with all my medications. They are AWESOME and I appreciate them so much! I feel free to text them about anything I’m having trouble with! I would recommend highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their medications.

Pharmacy with fast fast declining SERVICE, try Amazon Pharmacy instead. Used for over 2 years before quitting Used to recommend Capsule now warn to stay away Free delivery requires 3 hour delivery window and automatically adds $5 tip while poorly compensating the drivers. Labels that fade into plain white and company does not care. Refusing to contact the doctor for refill, untrained CS reps confused about 30 VS 90 day refill. Frequently unable to get regular medication

Been a customer for over a year and I love capsule! The delivery option is lifesaver! I recently overlooked that I hadn’t requested a refill and they went out of their way to help me. I messaged them in a panic because I was out of meds and they kept me updated as they attempted to get a refill from my doctor. Thank you capsule for always giving great service. It’s a different kind of pharmacy experience and I love it!

Capsule-Tampa is amazing! I had TWO different medical emergencies today. With a 3-day weekend looming, I called Capsule and the most pleasant young man - Pharmacist ERIC - one of Capsule’s “Magic Makers,” resolved both, shortly before today’s delivery deadline.This evening, another very pleasant young man - Courier OMAR - not only delivered one of my emergencies, but showed me how to place a Google Review - and tomorrow my second medical issue will be resolved!Awhile ago, well before Courier OMAR showed me tonight how to write a Google Review, Pharmacist LAUREN worked very hard to unravel a pharmaceutical pill-size problem. And every single Capsule Customer Service Representative I’ve dealt with, both in NYC & Tampa has been awesome to work with!Capsule-Tampa rocks - HEARTFELT THANKS from this 84-yr old, non-tech-savvy woman! Their driver left my rx at someone elses house with a similar address. To get someone on the phone was tedious and I am still waiting for my rx. They have not provided a solution. Just imagine if this was a medication I needed to survive. Shame on you capsule.
