Very please with service and turn around time. My car had to be jumped started by AAA. AAA wouldn't change the battery because when he did a dianostic it indicated I might need a new alternator. That day was a particular bad day for me. My husband had just been admitted to the hospital the night before. I had several loads of laundry that I had just done that night and in the morning my dryer was broken . So I loaded up the laundry to take to the laundromat and my cat because the groomer was only a few minutes from the laundromat. However, low and behold car did not start.
When I got to Ice Cold Air, Jake had them do a diagnostic while I was there which only took about 15 mins. All I needed was a battery and advised to replace my serpentine belt. My SUV is almost 7 years old so I had that replaced as well. It was not my alternator. They gave me a ride home and said it would only take about 1-1/2 to 2 hours to get the repairs one. As promised they called me about 1-1/2 that the car was ready. My neighbor dropped me off and I was on the road again.

On Monday 7/22. I took my car here and spoke to Jason. He checked my ac for free and told me it could be 1 to 3 things. He told me what they were. It was the control panel, motor blower resistor, or the motor blower. He said try the control panel first, we did that on 7/27, the one that was in my car one of the knows was messed up and I guess gave out and no power was getting to it. Got it switched out and it works now. I am so happy I listened to my gut instinct and took it there vs letting the first place do it. He saved me money so far. It costed 30 bucks for us to do it ourselves. He was honest up front, very nice. Definitely recommended getting your ac checked here.

The guys are amazing. Repairs were done at a reasonable price and they really go above and beyond. It was raining when I picked up my car, Jason went and got it for me and pulled into the garage so I don't get wet. Great customer service.

I am a lucky man as i was fortunate enough to wander into ice cold air after hearing honorable mentions about the knowledge n customer care n upfront pricing n straight up welcoming spirit i would receive n let me tell you this place was more than i could hope for. I was welcomed with a smile n warm greeting which i so appreciate, then JASON who in my opinion is a quality business man who although he is for the business does not treat you as a number but a person who is eager to help solve their car issues n delighted if he and is equally kind n efficient mechanic on deck MATT can do, they take pride in making sure you felt safe welcome n in no way taken advantage of, i just love to talk highly when it is due, n these professional gents deserve their shining moment, thank you for helping me in my time of fear n need from bottom of my heart, sincerely from Jarett C ???

Brought car in for Oil Change and received outstanding service from Manager Jason , I saw a sign for School Drive and brought supplies in for a free oil change . Outstanding Service will be back again .

Took my truck in this morning without an appointment, they took me in right away. Jason was great. Checked car out and had a diagnosis within an hour. Got what he needed right away fixed it and was out within 3 hrs. Only charged me for one hour labor. Extremely happy with the service I got and very reasonable prices. My air is working great again. Thanks guys, hopefully not but will definitely be back if I have any more issues. Lenny.

I took my car here to have my AC checked. Jason, the manager was extremely friendly and helped me out tremendously. I would definitely recommend anyone take the car there for honest help with their car. I will be referring to all my friends and family.
