I just bought a car from Hyundai of NPR (used car side) and it was actually an stress-free experience. Bob Wirth was great to work with. He showed me two cars and we test drive both. He found what I was looking for, with the features and mileage I was looking for, and the numbers worked. I highly recommend asking for Bob if you are in the market for a new-to-you vehicle

We had a great experience with our salesman, John Harp! Our trip was 3 hours and we had a lot of communication before we took the drive down to see the Jeep that my grandson wanted. John was so patient with me as his parents and myself had so many questions! He answered so many calls and texts in a timely manner. His quick responses amazed me. I will deal with him and the Hyundai dealership again without a second thought. My grandson commented on the way home that John was just like a “real guy”.

Long story short I live in pinellas county. I brought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe in to the St.Pete (34th st) dealership after large chunks of paint started to just pop off. After doing my research, I knew that the paint used on my vehicle had a bulletin out for it. I had the absolute worst experience with the guy that discussed my options with me (Or lack there of) Super unsympathetic, incredibly unprofessional and rude. He told me basically there was nothing Hyundai would do for me. Needless to say I left crying and feeling super helpless.
I decided to get a second opinion and bring it to this location. It was immediately a completely different experience . Garland was an incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. There was zero opposition. He took pictures, made a report and sent it up for review. I left feeling super hopeful.
Three weeks later I got an answer and I am very happy to say that Hyundai is covering 100% of the issues and providing me with a rental. Garland truly changed my feelings towards Hyundai and the male dominance that is often associated with car dealerships.

Well I saw a vehicle priced at around 23,897k. The price they want going out the door is almost 28,800k. They would only go down 300 bucks. It's the good old bait and switch. Don't get me wrong they're nice people, but when it comes down to the real business avoid them. Better deals else where and you'll avoid some dumb fees they charge. Why not make a deal especially if the vehicle has been sitting on the lot over a month. I wouldn't even bother coming here if someone reads this review, save you the hassle. The end have a nice day!

After being a customer for 8 years and purchasing 5 cars in that time, I am truly disappointed in this dealership. Last month I purchased 2 cars, a Sonata and a Genesis from the New Port Richey Certified pre-owned. The Genesis had a we owe for a trim issue that needed to be repaired. I scheduled an appointed and the appointed was subsequently canceled with a message stating they no longer have a service contract with Genesis. I gave them a call to resolve this issue since this is the location where I purchased the car. They basically told me there was nothing they could do because their service contract ends this month and they didn't have any appointments available, even though the contractually agreed to repair this issue at the time of purchase. I asked the associate I was speaking to for a manager and she put me on hold, then came back and said she would transfer me to the receptionist, which rang like 13 times and then just took me to the recorded main line. Not what I would expect how you would treat a loyal customer. On top of that, in the last year I've had issues with scheduling appointments, even going in for an appt. where I received a notice from their dealership on a recall and when arriving for the appt. the service specialist telling me they couldn't service the car yet because they didn't have a fix. It appears that the differentiator between this dealer and others of superior service is a thing of the past. So great job in losing a return customer Hyundai New Port Richey. I'll make sure to let everyone I know that uses your dealership and that I've recommended to you about this experiece.

Came in for tires and alignment. Alignment done incorrectly… made an appointment to come back to have it corrected. 2 hours later still not in the shop…. Finally just ask for a refund on the alignment. I will go somewhere else..

These guys are frauds, over charged me than amount we agreed upon, even after paying 10k down payment ( Steven didn’t allowed me pay more down payment initially not even allowed pay any payment at all and charged 11% interest rate , I have 800+ credit score, my vehicle got totaled I need vehicle badly I don’t had much choice and I was tired waiting for very long time almost 7 -10-
:30) forced me take gap insurance , later I have cancelled it and submitted cancellation form, said they will reimburse the amount for both, it has been 3 months no response, never ever purchase vehicle from Shaun Ivancic/Steven Ledesma

was greeted by friendly and not in your face sale pitch people, great environment inside. i was met with rude salesmen at the new port richey new car lot, so go to the used car lot! used car lot has so much more availability and space, as well as not undergoing construction right now.

I’m beyond livid. I had my vehicle serviced there yesterday for a radiator assembly repair. It cost me approximately $600. I come out this morning and my coolant reservoir is at minimum. I can’t get an appointment until the end of the month. If that engine replacement blows after this repair, there will be a MAJOR issue.
