I went in for a simple cut all one length and I told her exactly where I wanted it. She decided she was going to do her own thing and cut layers and didn’t even make my hair even. She also didn’t cut as much as I wanted off. I guess that’s a good thing considering I have to cut it even shorter to fix this. I couldn’t tell until my hair was dry and I straightened it.

My sister went there to get her hair cut and from the start the stylist Kathy appeared to have an attitude. She walked into the salon from outside and when she was told she had a 2:30 appointment she started arguing with the other employee saying that she didn't have a 2:30 appointment, that she had a 2:00 appointment (who canceled). She just had a nasty attitude towards my sister about how she wanted her hair cut.
Will NEVER, EVER GO TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS BECAUSE OF THIS!
OH, IF YOU GO THERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE... MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH! THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARDS! (Which makes me think that there is something shady going on)

Customer’s beware! There’s a huge ‘$15 Haircut’ sign in front to bring people like me in, but after my haircut I was told it was $18, that they have a “new sign on order”. Then when I went to pay with my debit card, I was told cash only. She directed me to their convenient ATM in the back which charged me $2.50 to get out $20. My $15 haircut was now $20.50. Bad haircut also, by an unpleasant elderly woman. Did not fade in the sides and back as I asked..just left big hairlines!? Terrible overall. Wish I never would’ve pulled in this place.

I requested a shag cut with mullet style bangs from one of the hair stylists, even had pictures for her to reference which she looked at. I walked out of there with a full on mullet, and the thinnest hair I have ever had in my life, and there's nothing I can do to hide this awful hair cut. In 20 minutes this woman has managed to completely destroy my self esteem. Please go to a real salon and not one of these chains for the sake of your sanity.

My experience for the first time coming to this location was awful I was on vacation and the stylist that was supposed to take care of my blowout was so unprofessional and rude I don’t understand how they have customers and my cousin said she would never set foot in there and will spread the word amongst friends but I must say the young lady at the reception was really nice but with that greeting from the stylist I got I decided to walk out and not patronize this location so bye bye there went her commission and great tip!! Don't not go here for men's hair. Asked for a simple short men's cut shaved sides short on top a classic even used 3 pictures and I got a shaved part halfway across my skull with med length hair falling to the right. Its like she took what I showed her and said you know what let's make this half a comb over too.Service: Haircut

0 ⭐️ zero, nada.This was the worst experience I've ever had, I got there with no appointment because I don't have the same day off every week, when I said I didn't have one they all looked at each other wondering who's turn it was but didn't know.I wanted to dye my hair to my natural dark and cover the previous color and the grey hair I had, the girl wouldn't advise me nothing about colors, she just handed me the book, I picked the color and she started to dye my hair, in the middle of the process I noticed she was so messy and I had color all over my face, ears, forhead but I tought maybe she will clean it, she "cleaned" my neck and ears but she didn't touch my forhead so I thought maybe this color is easy to remove.Little did I know, she left me 55 min, waiting, then when the time to rinse it came she tried 3 times to scrub my scalp, my forhead, neck and ears were so dark, almost black, and she got nervous, she said "you can try alcohol or micellar water at home" she sent me home with my hair wet.I have done a better job on myself before but I thought the professionals would do it better that's why I went there and paid $100 for a mess.It took 4 days for the color to come out of my skin, I tried what she said but it didn't do it, my skin was red from trying too many times to remove it. My husband saw the mess on my neck and he said I had color in parts where I don't even have hair.I won't come back, I rather go to my other salon which is a little bit more expensive but always do a really good job. Style & File is the name btw.

I absolutely love Tammy and highly recommend her to everyone. She does a fantastic job on your hair and is very personable. I got highlights and lowlights along with a cut and I love what she did. It was exactly what I envisioned. She also did my step daughters tips blue and she was so excited and she loved how it turned out.
