“I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.”

We had an outdoor grilling area installed by Utopia, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the work is impeccable, and the attention to detail really shows. Communication and service were excellent throughout the project, and everything was completed exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would use Utopia again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”
