An older Scottish lady did my hair And I literally felt manhandled lol. I’ve never had an interaction With a hairstylist like that ever before. So rough and ripped my hair out with the comb throughout the entire appointment. She got hair color all over my forehead and my face, then proceeded to wet a rag and try to scrape it off. I have rashes all around my face not to mention hair color in my ear, and she shoved the towel in there and tried to scrape it out and pulled one of my earrings out. When she was washing my color out, she would pick up my head from the sink wash under my neck and then slam my head back down on the sink like I honestly thought it was a joke. I will not be going back to the salon or at least to that stylist.

Eleanor is fabulous! My tight curly hair isn't the easiest to work with but she is consistently able to tame it and get it in shape. I've been going to her for four months (every four weeks) and it's consistently the best my hair has looked in years. I'll keep going back as long as she'll keep working her magic!

Back to school haircuts are in the works for my daughter and I. Our usual stylist, unfortunately has moved, and works quite a distance away from our home. We stumbled upon Hairmasters after the Mrs. mentioned to check it out. We booked an appointment with Eleanor, to say the least she was marvelous! I got a nice haircut, unlike the usual barber, I do not look like I’m about to “ship out” haha. My daughter got a few inches off and thinned out those luscious curls. All in all, we are quite happy with how Eleanor layered and trimmed our hair. We will definitely be back!
