Diagnose and repair, IN THE SAME DAY!!!! I’ve never met such a solid and knowledgeable mechanic who was polite and informative, especially with a pregnant woman. He truly saved our trip, saved our vehicle, saved our holiday!!! I’d advise any female to approach this shop, it’s rare to find such a polite and professional mechanic, especially for imports
He was even nice enough to draw us a diagram for a separate engine issue which hasn’t been properly fixed or even diagnosed by our own NC mechanic for years.
Victor is phenomenal, all around ??????

Victor and his team offer timely, experienced work at a fair, clearly explained price. My Audi Q5's A/C stopped working today (96F) while I was nearby. Victor and a colleague dropped everything they were doing, diagnosed and fixed inside of 15 minutes. Perfect service that I have become used to at German Elite. Thank you!

Wouldn't go here ever again. Had my Mercedes in ended up with 2 dents from the inside out so its literally impossible I did it. The only 2 dents I have ever had in the car. Thanks for nothing

Got my clutch done here right after I purchased a low mileage bmw. Work on the car a few months later to find out these guys stole my dinan throttle body the original owner payed a lot of money for back in the day and put a normal bmw one. Scummy people.

Excellent, trustworthy service at great, reasonable prices. I take my older BMW x5 4.8L that I can’t bear to part with. I appreciate that they provide authentic OEM BMW parts that are guaranteed. I was in a hard spot. My 328i was out of warrantee. I owe too much on it still to trade in. I was in a fix it or pay every month for a car to sit staining my driveway situation. The N20 motor was blowing oil out of just about every gasket and the timing chain guide had shattered into a dozen pieces. I managed too drive the car to German Elite on two cylinders after being quoted over $10k in repairs from the dealer. Victor and his crew took on the job for slightly over half the dealership quote. He and his guys are very knowledgeable on European cars and use OEM parts and fluids. He and his crew explained every part of the repair process, updated me with calls and texts during the repair, and best of all, did the job in a very timely manner. (From first look to me picking up the car they had it in their shop maybe 6 days.) They have a LOT of German cars in their lot and I really appreciated the quick turn around.I 100% recommend German Elite Auto for your repair needs. No one else will ever touch my BMW or my wife's Mercedes again. (And I will NEVER again put off a leaking valve cover gasket lol.)These guys are excellent.
