David was incredibly polite, attentive, and willing to work with us on pricing and different offers that were going on at the time. “My husband and I have been using Aaron’s for almost 10 years at the NPR location. Grant is AMAZING and although Maggie is now in Dade City, she was equally as AMAZING. Yes you may pay more with the rent to own but if you are doing a 2 year, your covered for anything that goes wrong in that 2 years time making this a great value and after that two years you can get the Aaron’s club for under $11 a month and get the same coverage for an additional year. This location does not have as much merchandise as the old Palm Harbor location and that’s where this location is lacking and needs to step up the game a little, but staff makes up for that with friendly family like personalities. You walk in and it feels like “Cheers” where everyone knows your name and your treated like Family. If you visit this location speak with GRANT and you will not regret it but schedule a time around his schedule because he is a busy guy for a good reason.”

“I was looking for a mattress. I wanted to SEE what was available. It had been 16 years since I had bought a mattress.
My friends had a great experience at this store in September, on Labor Day Weekend.
I knew that Labor Day, Black Friday Sale , and Memorial Day were the times to buy a mattress.
When I walked in the store, Billy the salesman approached me. He explained what the differences in Mattress were.
He asked me if I had looked on line & took the test on what you wanted. I said yes, but I didn’t remember… He asked me what I wanted, was it a firm mattress, coils, coils and foam… Billy explained the differences and asked me to try the one… then he had me try another, and I went back to the first one, and preferred that one…Then he took me to another mattress to compare that one with the one that I liked.
I attempted one more, but the first one was the Best for me!!!
I did get the Black Friday pricing, and it is being delivered this Sunday, November 16th.
Billy explained all the features of Mattress Firm Company. He was very knowledgeable in mattresses. Billy was a NO PRESSURE SALESMAN!!!”
