I came in for a routine oil change 8/24/24, got talked into a engine conditioning at $44.95. Harry Palmer with the service department swiped my card twice and I was charged $89.90. I've been trying to get a refund ever since.

Just bought a used Hyundai Santa Cruz from the dealership. Matin was courteous, fai, and had a lovely sense of humor. Very experienced. Gave me plenty of room to make my decision and helpful in price negotiations. Definitely would recommend Matin if you are looking for a car at Ken Ganley.

Just bought a new K5 from Ken Ganley Kia. Great experience. The Sales reps were knowledgably, honest with pricing, and easy to work with. I do recommend giving them an opportunity to purchase a vehicle. I personally worked with Bill Gates and I had a super easy and stressless experience. Call and up and reach out to Bill. He is a great sales rep to work with. I am loving my new Kia.

I’m going to add and update: I believe management has changed and since it has not been great. The service is not what it used to be. However, received a call back from the owner this morning to rectify the issue I have been having for the last month with this facility. I’m hopeful we will come to a resolution so I’m keeping my 5 star review for now. But I think the place really needs to work on friendliness.
Absolutely the place to go! We were treated so well and everyone was so kind. One of a kind place! Thanks everyone at Kia! Joe DiMaggio, Chris Iannuzzi, and others have been just a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the team at Kia. Buying a Kia over a Hyundai was a great decision!

2 stars was only bc Quan in service was awesome, but I had to bring my car in 4 times in a month now I can't pay bills bc I couldn't make money and almost losing my place to live bc of the techs laziness.
