Showed up to get the keys to our storage unit and they'd given the reservation away without communicating it despite us calling 1 day prior to double check. They had ample opportunity to communicate this ahead of time and failed to do so; leaving us with a truckload of stuff and no place to put it. Look elsewhere because you can't trust bad business practices.

We confirmed yesterday a reservation for a climate controlled unit. We got there this morning with our moving truck and trailer, and it turns out the unit was never available. Nice desk person, but severely poor management. Threw a major wrench in our moving plans & have to find another place at the last minute.

This place is amazing. Sheryl was always amazing to deal with. Great facility with the best prices anywhere. I lived in Pinellas County and still chose to pick this storage location. I recently closed my storage because I bought a house and Sheryl did not even charge me for the last month. That right there will make me a future customer again if I'm ever in need of storage. Thank you guys at Premier Storage.

Very clean and good location but my pet peeve is the ridiculous system for paying online. Month after month after month it takes probably 30-50 tries to get the payment to go through. I've tried on multiple computers and phones to get the same result so it's not me. As soon as you click your unit # to pay...the screen flips to "Your session has expired or has been lost. Please click the button and try again" This shouldn't be happening in 2021. I even sent a message in the "Contact Us" section to complain about it and got ZERO response. Now I understand why when I was there to rent my unit, the phone was ringing off the wall with people wanting to make their payments over the phone.

This agent was not experienced in renting trucks I was supposed to pick up my truck at 11am didn't get it till almost 1 pm had trouble with rental after trying for awhile she called her boss to get me an extension on my move her boss okayed me till move by next weekend now she tells me I have to get out today I was given the extension because of in convenience she caused by the time I got truck my help wasn't still available leaving me 73 tear old and my son to move furniture couldn't get it done
