Everyone I delt with was very professional and extremely helpful. Pete went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the whole process. Took the time to answer all my questions and answered questions I haven't asked. Very pleased with our new truck.

I have never left a negative review before. I have also talked to the dealership; they simply do not care.
I'm going to skip many details and get straight to the point. Do not buy a used vehicle from them! I purchased a used car from them and have had significant engine issues since then. The company knew these issues were present, but they sold the car to me anyway. I asked them to repurchase the car for what I paid for it, and they offered me half of that. They will take advantage of you and disrespect you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SRT, HELLCAT, OR SCATPACK TO THIS DEALER!!! If you want your high end car serviced do not come to this dealer!!!
Their service rep Steven J. Brawer was the most disrespectful and unprofessional dealer worker I've ever met. I scheduled an oil change and had purchased Mopar oil change packages already. Every previous oil change I've done my 2014 Jeep SRT required an SRT filter (5038041AA) that they had to associate in the system. Steve was adamant that Chrysler won't pay for it and just threw a piece of paper on the table saying that's the filter they would use attitude and all... Go to Fitzgerald Clearwater Chrysler Jeep instead.

The service shop overcharged me for parts I had it in for exhaust work . I told them I that it was a bad sensor deisel particulate and they quoted some other things.i had them change dpf filter. I was told the price was $4048. After I researched it for a little I see this part has msrp at $3265 but everyplace is selling below at 2000 to 2500and 1200to 1400 not through a dealer. I truly understand capitalism but this is robbery . They said test drove the truck that didn't happen. Less then 1 mile on the odometer. 4048 was only for that part more charges for labor and new bolts. Charged for 8but hey guys there are only7 on the flanges 3 in front dpf 4 behind. That is a insulting and on top of everything the check engine light came on in less than 1mile drive home

Do not do business here. You may not get your vehicle back. and employees will literally turn their back on you.
I received no less than 6 "reminders" for a recall on my truck. However, RAM didn't have a fix for it until recently. I was told by a service employee (Donald) at Ferman New Port Richey, that he would call me when the recall could be fixed. No calls and more letters from RAM encouraging me to have this fixed. I decided to call Ferman New Port Richey and was told I could bring it in THIS Friday (that's excellent). I brought the truck in at 1:30pm and was asked if I would be waiting. I said, "yes"
I waited in their 'waiting room' until almost 5pm at which time I asked about the status of my vehicle and was told it was still in queue to be looked at. I decided to leave my vehicle with them overnight and would pick it up in the morning... I never received notification that the vehicle would not be ready by closing.
The next morning I still hadn't heard anything from Ferman New Port Richey about the status of my vehicle so I decided to inquire. Once again I was told it was still in queue to be looked at.
At 10:26am I was told that it was in a bay being worked on. I then asked if there was any sort of ETA and how late their service would be open until... I was told that an update was being done to it... some clips are missing from a kit they had to complete the recall and that it wouldn't be fixed until next week... I then said should I come pick up the truck now and they said, "No." and they would let me know when the repair tech gives them the keys... (my question on what time their service department closes was ignored).
5:20pm and I drive to Ferman New Port Richey to find my truck sitting under the reception area. I go inside of the service area to find nobody working. I then noticed that they close at 5pm which means I have had my truck at Ferman for well over 24 hours and they obviously didn't plan to let me have it back yet and offered no sort of loaner vehicle so that I could get my daily tasks done. I went into the sales section to ask for help getting my keys to my truck so I could just get it home. One of their sales members literally turned their back on me, stood there for a moment, and walked away. The other said there was nothing he could do, nobody he could call, and no way to get me my keys so I could use my vehicle.
I had to get my wife to bring my second set of keys so that I could take my truck home. I then noticed that NONE of the issues I inquired about were fixed including a passenger side sun visor that was broke.. funny enough my driver's side sun visor broke too but it was fixed a couple months prior during an oil change...apparently they didn't think to check the passenger's side.
If it was up to Ferman New Port Richey employees, I would still be sitting in the waiting room as there is no real conversation, estimate, or way of knowing what's happening to your vehicle. The sales team are super happy to sell a vehicle to you but when something goes wrong they'll literally turn their back on you and walk away.
Besides having to go back and get my key fob that they're holding hostage, I will drive many miles out of my way to avoid doing business with any FERMAN company from here on out.
When I rescued my truck at the dealership, I noticed rocks sitting on it and a scratch-shaped mark on the rear that wasn't from me.

My Jeep Cherokee broke down and we had it towed to Ferman for repairs. Our contact Jason Logue was amazing! He kept in touch with us through the whole process and spent countless hours on the phone with Fidelity to process our parts through warranty. When Fidelity still wouldn't buge even though page after page of documentation regarding upkeep of the vehicle was submitted, Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were happy cutomers! Thank you!

Jason Logue is this dealership’s gem. I used to go to Jerry Ulm but had some less than favorable experiences getting my Wrangler serviced and figured I would give NPR location a try. I return every time because of Jason. You just don’t get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. I will be a loyal service customer with this location for as long as Jason is there and am grateful for the service he provides when I drop my Jeep off. He is always on top of things, always gets things handled and he keeps you updated so much you don’t ever feel like you have to chase them down for an update. He definitely deserves a raise and some recognition. Thanks so much to Jason and the mechanics team over there who always take care of me and my Jeep in the best way possible!

I took my 2022 Jeep wrangler into them for an overheating issue. They had my vehicle almost 2 months. Their diagnosis was overheating due to coolant leaking into the combustion chamber on the drivers side and that I needed a new engine. After 2 months I picked up my vehicle and took it to a different dealership and in 3 days had it diagnosed and fixed it was a leak in the radiator not a leak in the engine. The service manager was a jerk there talked to me like I was an idiot. I had even taken it in 12k miles prior to complain about the same issue they told me it was running fine with the temp reaching 239+I highly recommend if you need a repair to your vehicle you take it to a different dealership

Well, I made a reasonable offer on a Jeep and was told he had to talk to the manager. After that, no one got back to me to discuss the offer. My spouse texted the sales person and his response was that he tried calling, but it went to voice mail. He didn't leave a message, email me back or tell my spouse the status. We didn't do anything to warrant the poor service. You should treat your customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism (if you want more customers).

My husband had to bring his truck in for several recalls. They had his truck for a week due to parts needed to be ordered, and when my husband called for info, they quickly responded when his truck would be ready. He was very happy with the service
