I have sent so many packages with UPS easily. I was shocked to find the with Fed Ex I cannot print my label. Called customer service, transferred multiple times, disconnected twice just to find out o can't print a label from the QR code.

Drove from a distance with a time sensitive delivery only to find this site closed during the day and the wait was going to be almost 1 hour from the time of my arrival. This is totally unacceptable considering I had called in advance to make sure they were open.

The woman there (maybe manager) was a beast. She handled lines expediently and with a great attitude. She was extremely helpful and I enjoyed my (several) experiences with her.

Just wanted to recognize a few Fedex associates working at this location. Susan helped me today with a package going to HI. She was efficient and patient, wanted to make sure she knows her hard work is much appreciated. Also have interacted with Javier a few times in the recent past and he is nothing but awesome to deal with - he is patient, courteous & super helpful. Thank YOU all for everything YOU do!

Today I was dropping off my package and the young lady working had a family emergency. Yet she kept working without fail and held the nicest attitude and professional demeanor ever.She stayed on top of everything and is a great asset to your company. We could all be so fortunate to be treated as nicely as we were treated today.This is my second exchange with her and she is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name but she is someone who deserves an exceptional award. Thank you.

Always a nightmare. Cost me $5 to print 1 piece of paper. Avoid fedex at all costs

I came to drop off a package at fedex center in Walmart and they close at 6pm. And they decided to have a break in the last hour of their store hour. There weren’t any other employee. I had to wait 10 minutes until an employee shows up. And they didn’t want to do work till 540p. I told them I’m just drop off and needs to be scanned.The employee named Aucra gave me an attitude because she wasn’t done with her break time. What kind of fedex closed for a break time when there are people who needs to drop off or do their business stuff. Unreliable place to come to.

Really nice employee. But this location inside of Walmart doesn't offer card stock options for printing, which is what I came for. The employee was very apologetic, and offered to place order, then have it dropped off from another location but I needed it same day. Unless you're just printing regular copy paper, I'd consider going to a standalone location.
