Just went here to send a package. There was nobody waiting and on the other side of the desk, Eli, the Store Manager doing something. He did not stop to say -hello- or at least -can you wait one minute?-... he didn't even look at me. After waiting three more minutes I turned around and headed to an UPS. And again, Eli is a Store Manager... will never use this place again!!!

Worst customer service. Got there a couple minutes before closing and they would not let me ship a package that was very heavy and I rushed to get there before closing. I hope this lady will remember the next time she needs help and someone won’t help her. She’ll know why.

I came in and dropped off a package for a company to return their things and they ended up shipping back to me instead of the company. I explicitly told the clerk that I'm returning it to the company and she said, "okay", like she knew what she was doing. Should have known better to take it to a place that involved a Walmart. The incompetence of some people.

I have sent so many packages with UPS easily. I was shocked to find the with Fed Ex I cannot print my label. Called customer service, transferred multiple times, disconnected twice just to find out o can't print a label from the QR code.

Drove from a distance with a time sensitive delivery only to find this site closed during the day and the wait was going to be almost 1 hour from the time of my arrival. This is totally unacceptable considering I had called in advance to make sure they were open.
