Very disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I experienced here today. I brought my two granddaughters in for a haircut. 10 & 12 yr olds. They both have thick wavy hair. So my 10 yr old gets seated and the hair dresser is looking at her hair asking how she wants her haircut, 10 yr old says she wants layers towards the bottom and as soon as she said that the hairdresser rolls her eyes. I knew right away at that point she wasn't in the mood to do it at all. So the hairdresser starts looking closer at her hair and I asked if there was a problem and she said yes, she's got nits. Well, my granddaughters are not scratching their heads and haven't been. Yes they had lice back in Feb or March but I know they don't have it now. So I asked the hairdresser if she can check the 12 yr old. She came over and looked at her but never going through her hair and said she's got it too. This hairdresser just wasn't friendly about it. And I'm sorry I didn't get her name. but it was at the Little Rd location. So I said ok, thank you and we left. I decided to stop at the beauty school here in NPR. They looked over both girls with a fine tune comb and not surprisingly said, No we don't see anything. The 12 yr old has dandruff and that was it. I was so pissed, I wasted my time at Fantastic Sam's and will never step into another one all because of ones attitude toward paying customers. I decided to have the beauty school students cut the girls hair which came out great! AND was much cheaper than any other hair salon. Thank You Fantastic Sam's for saving me a lot of money because you employ someone that has no clue about customer service..

I my Hair Stylist is Mary Beth been going to her for almost 3 years. I have very fine thinning hair. She ALWAYS creates a miracle!! I go to the FS at River Crossing.

Marybeth is amazing at her job. I came in with a disaster of brassy orange hair. My roots were very dark. I cannot believe how amazing it looks. I will be going to her to get my hair done from here on out. She suggested adding highlights and low lights. It looks great!!

Drove to this salon for months coming all the way from Tampa for Lee because as you will see from other reviews, she is the actual best!!!! I never have to tell her exactly what I want bc she has a talent to just know and she does my hair to accommodate my facial features beautifully. The reason for my one star review is because the manager Elda called me asking to push up my appointment bc my stylist couldn’t make it in that day. When I texted Lee she had no idea what I was talking about. I’ve also heard the “manager” making nasty comments about another employee there which I found extremely unprofessional. Lee unfortunately does not work there anymore and I will definitely not be going back since I don’t support slimey/bad business practices.

What are the worst haircuts I've ever received! I got curly hair and for whatever reason the girl that cut my hair insisted on cutting it dry so when I wasn't happy at the end, ended haircut because she only took a little bit off my hair when I asked for my hair to be short And then she told me to come back another day for another haircut which made zero sense and I try to avoid dealing with people that are insane. Life is stressful enough no reason to deal with the madness of other people.

Have been going to this salon for over a year now and always see Lee she is fantastic she has listened and done everything i asked , she has even gotten me to try new colors and styles.Always leave there feeling happy with my new look .She is the best !

Why pay so much more for color elsewhere? And, Leigh is so accommodating. Her customer service is impeccable and she always goes out of her way please me as a client. Exceptional care is standard for her and I don’t trust any other cosmetologist!

HORRIBLE.. Manager is a rude and nasty person, un compassionate and treats her stylist terrible, in front of a place full of people..I went home in tears. I was already a medium/light blonde(7) and I requested to go lighter and neutralized to a light silvery blonde with some lowlights , I showed a picture of my previous hair, and I left completely dark,(about a level 4) with very few highlights.. There were also dark patches in my hair where it looked like globs of dye fell where the highlights were.. I was there for 6 hours so I told the stylist I would call later to schedule to come in to be fixed. I came back to be fixed and the manager said they would not fix my hair unless I paid more money because they don't give free services, mind you I just spent $225 the day before and it was messed up and wrong.. forewarning Don't waste your money here !!!!
