Went to buy a primer bulb for my Stihl weed eater as mine was worn out. In their Stihl section. They had a bin of parts that included primer bulbs. I was told they don’t sell these parts and they were only for repairs performed by them. I feel if you sell the machine, you should sell the parts to fix them as well.

I have been using tis Ace Hardware now as they always have everything I need since moving from St. Petersburg. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable associates that are always there to help with all my needs & concerns. I stopped the big stores due to a lack of associates, waiting long periods for someone & lack of knowledge for what I need .

Had what we needed and it was easy to find in this store compared to another local Ace Hardware. I had called ahead to confirm they had it in stock since I had just wasted time going to another Ace. The guy was a little rude at first, but once I why I was calling to his attitude changed a little. Someone in store came up to us asking if we needed help with anything as we were looking at items. Checkout was easy and cashier had patience as we tried to find the Ace Rewards account phone number.

Tried to return an item to the store with a receipt. An associate told me the item was not sold in their store even though it was purchased that morning. They looked at me as if I was trying to return an item from another store. The store manager Ketan Patel was called. This man from the start was very rude and dismissive as if he couldn't be bothered with me. He walked away and took two other customers that were after me without trying to figure out what was wrong. He actually said to me that "he couldn't talk to me" instead of trying to resolve the problem at their end. Thanks to Mike for remembering when the item was bought and getting me a refund. As for Ketan Patel, as a manager, he needs to educate himself on the products that are sold in his own store before doubting a customer with a receipt. Shame on your POOR customer service skills. I highly recommend a class! I will not shop there again.

It's really horrible when you live 1/4 mile from storm but have to drive 4 miles to get help during the week. The cashier calls the owner to wait on you does even acknowledge you are there and then doesn't give you your receipt. And no I've never made a sence I am a former employee

Ordered on line for pick up. Received email item was ready, went to store was told they made a mistake the item was out of stock and they were going to call me. Not a good way of doing business item should been set a side before letting customers know it was ready. Never got the call and all I got was sorry. Ended up going to another Ace , they had the item.

Nice, big and clean! Not like the one on Grand where the roof looks like it's going to cave in on you! Very helpful people, they don't just stand there like Walmart greeters like the one on Grand. There's even a security system in place, the one on Grand doesn't have one, so it attracts a lot of undesirables to come in and steal.

I was able to find what I needed after some searching. The reason for 4 instead 5 stars is that no one offered to help me. Customer service at checkout was very pleasant and friendly.

Apparently the Patels (Owners) think it’s ok to charge almost 100% more for pine bulk mulch. Looked up price online, it was set at 3.99, .1-.2 more cents per bag than Lowe’s or Home Depot. When I go to load a bag I for whatever reasons use my brain and notice that it’s listed at $6.59 a bag. I have always supported Ace for many reasons. This makes me think twice. Make sure you check the prices at this Ace as we’re being scammed by the Patels.

Stopped in at the recommendation of our contractor to buy a Green Egg for out new outdoor kitchen. KP was extremely helpful in finding everything on our list that we needed, even gave us a deal on a slightly ripped bag of lump charcoal and then had 2 associates help load our car. I have not seen customer service such as this in years! The ladies at the front register were super friendly as well! I found the prices to be very reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Terribly disappointed by the arrogance of gentleman who answered phone today. I called today to inquire if the store sold generator batteries. The gentleman actually laughed at me and said “ mam you do know that generators run on gas or propane not batteries “ he continued to snicker and I could hear other employees join in . I then informed him that the battery was to start it! He then rattled off all the batteries they don’t sell. I will never ever go in that store again. Preparing for a hurricane is stressful enough without being belittled by store employee.

Generally , when we go into this establishment, we have great experience. However, the last visit was another story. I went in with my ex-husband to get some small hardware and he asked for help. A man took us over and started to help him.( I stayed at the end of the isle). I saw the man shaking his head negatively when my ex wasn't looking. Ok I get it . Maybe a personality conflict. I let it go. Well , my ex has huge hands and was dropping some tiny washers. I hear the same employee say, "Here's 4 more ,don't drop them AGAIN!" Well, I had to say something. I said, "Well, that wasn't very nice!" He replies, "What?" I said ,"AGAIN , and the tone that accompanied it!" No apology, nothing. My ex asks for the screw we brought in to match up . Well, the employee said he didn't have it. ( I found it under the ledge of one of the little drawers.)He also advised that they didn't have the replacement screw we needed . ( You had it . We found it). I suggest that employee pick a different position like one that stares at a computer instead of helping the public. By the way! We drove past TWO big box stores and then another few miles to drive to that location. Another employee offered to help us with another thing we needed but failed to wait long enough to see what it was and bring a key so we could get it off the hanger. I don't feel he did anything on purpose . He was very friendly and apologized. The only reason why I'm mentioning it is because I went to the cashier to get someone to help us with it, and the first guy walked past us twice "on ignore".Not sure I'll be driving all that way to go to this establishment when Lowes and HomeDepot are less than a mile from our house.Word to that employee . You never know what someone else is going through . Think worst case scenario and go from there. When your job is customer service , you have to put aside whatever you are going through . If you can't do that, find a different job! Per my reviews , I seldom do a bad review. I'm sorry , but this needed to be put out there. Never in all the times we have gone there did we have that experience. I hope to see it back where it was .

They start out real nice then they screw up and make you wait and come back 4 times. Then the manager lies and says he is not the manager. No apologies. They really need to work on things.

Found what I needed. It still is the old fashion ACE love that. Ask a question to a worker and they know the answer. A lot better than other stores
