Pharmacy never answers phone. Have to leave VM constantly. If they do a better job at customer service I will update my review.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They could not match the date on my wife's prescription with the date on our insurance. The date on the prescription and my wife's birthday and our insurance company are both correct. The pharmacist did not do anything to try to correct the situation. I tried to call the pharmacy and got stuck in the automated system loop. Was not able to speak to anyone. My family are not native English speakers in this CVS did absolutely nothing to try to help them. They did not even bother to try to check GoodRx or anything like that. I wish I could give zero stars.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The salespeople are always helpful and friendly. The Extra Care coupons and the CVS app afford nice savings. I've been a fan of CVS since the late 90's and highly recommend the Store at 10925 SR 54, New Port Richey .

Monday, picked up my wife's prescription test strips. Wednesday, she ran out of her old test strips and opened the new ones. They were the wrong test strips. Mistakes happen.
The problem was when we went back Wednesday for the correct ones. No apology, no empathy, all 3 pharmacy employees acted as if we were annoying them and they didn't want to deal with it. They refunded our money with cash then told us we had to pay full price for the correct ones (didn't run through insurance). I told them that they are covered by insurance and I would pay for the copay. They said since the wrong ones were already billed by the insurance company the new ones couldn't be covered. I had to tell them that this was their error, that it could easily be fixed and that they just need to call the insurance company and sort it out. The attitude they gave us was insulting. After half an hour of arguing, they spent 5 minutes calling the insurance company and finally got it straightened out.
I am taking my business to the local grocery store's pharmacy. I think we all know who that is.

On Wednesday the 18th I got checked at the mini clinic and had to get brompheniramine. Went to the front and the young women told me to "go to the other side so they can help me find other locations because they were out of stock for that medication". Another young woman proceeds to help me right when Monica comes to help me. Monica tells me it will be a wait "due to her having to help other people but she'll check online and call to see if the medication is in stock". I wait and it's about 30 mins I go to the front to check again and Monica has told me that "she has never checked yet". The young girl told me "they were short staff and busy". I feel like that's an excuse when they had an attitude from the beginning very unprofessional. I was so pissed leaving it was the factor they took care of so many people and I was waiting for so long and they paid no mind to me to even communicate and let me know what was going on. It's ridiculous I never dealt with this before Monica and the team show no communication and customer service was terrible!!
On Thursday 19th Walgreens tried getting a hold of this CVS location so they can get approval for my medication and they told me no one answered. The CVS location here took so long to get I approved I just got my medication yesterday!!!! The people here are so delayed and customer service is terrible.

I was in with my resident to purchase some items she needed. The cashier was very curt like it bothered her to serve us. When an item didn't go through on her card, I asked to have it removed she then called the manager funny thing her attitude and tone changed when he was present. Management needs to have a long discussion with people working there with attitude ?. Shopping at Walmart better, even Walgreens. I wouldn't go back there again. The manager needs to read the reviews and nip the problems in the butt.

Worst Customer service EVER. Went to go pick up an over the counter medicine and went through drive through. All of a sudden I was told I need to come in to the counter. For one thing, I’ve never had to come in to get the medicine and the other, there was ZERO apologies or explanations about why the change. I’ve always gone through drive thru with my ID and no problem. But today, manager says basically, tough luck, we don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s a federal law. Really!? Since when and when did it change? Because she offered zero explanation and just said no.I’ve been a loyal customer but her, meaning the MANAGER had the worst ‘customer service’ and acted like their change in policy was MY FAULT and MY misunderstanding. When the truth is, either YOU don’t know the policy or your employees don’t because it was never an issue before.She didn’t offer ANYTHING except major attitude.Moving my prescription. You don’t want my business and I’m no diva, but no way in hell I’ll let someone in the service industry treat me like that. I’m also in the service industry.Manger in no way deserves to be a manager if she couldn’t de escalate the situation today.Explain, apologize, empathize, remedy or offer to remedy.She did NONE of the above.

Made an appointment for 9:40 the day before. I came to check in, the lady said its only her so shes behind. They made me make another appointment for 10:40. I did and waited. Been here since 9:30 its 11 now and still was never helped. I left before she went to lunch as i see i wasnt gonna get help.

This is my regular CVS Store. I wanted to give Gina a review, the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic. I saw her today for some skin related issues. She seemed to really care and was helpful with my concerns. She was also patient and kind. I noticed the Pharmacy has a lot of complaints. When I finished my appointment with Gina, my prescriptions were already ready. I did not have to wait. Maybe luck? The front staff folks are usually pretty nice as well.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy staff is rude and they give you the run around on timing. They will tell you a time it will be ready but, then make you wait for them to fill it and dispense it when you come back at the time they said they would have it ready for pickup. The Pharmacy Techs have the worst attitudes. Four years ago this pharmacy was helpful and could do their job efficiently now they are awful!
