Never been spoken to so horribly by a pharmacist in Dec 2023. Will never go back. He should be fired and never allowed to work with anyone in the public again. Stay away from this place. Absolutely horrendous

If I could give this pharmacy negative 5 stars .I would. They are extremely rude. Unhelpful, and in no way understanding of your need for medication. I have somewhat never experienced this type of customer service in my life with something as important as mental health relief. Because my doctor is from a different county the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription that I need to function in daily responsibilities. When asked to return multiple times, despite my work schedule, they refused to fill my prescription. I filled it without any issues down the street…..Stay away from this pharmacy!!!

This is my 2nd month using CVS as my pharmacy...That stops next month..I have Never been treated so Incredibly Rudely as both of my uses of this store. The 1rst time I assumed it was a bad day, this time...not even close. I called for refills and because 2 medications were not transferred properly to them..They were down right Nasty to me. Even the Pharmacist himself. After I pick up my scripts, I will be calling the main office.This store Does Not Deserve a 1 star. More like -1 or -2!

Every time I call to see if my prescription is ready, I can’t even get connected to an actual person I’m speaking to a robot that doesn’t even help me the entire time ,all I need to know is when my prescriptions ready without having to take a 20 minute trip to go speak to someone in person and it keeps asking me do I want to refill my prescription? No I want to speak to a human-being and it won’t connect me I continue fighting with a robot….

Incredibly inept pharmacist named Alexis, I called because the CVS on little rd ran out of covid vaccine and canceled my appointment, the pharmacist told me I could go to any CVS and get vaccine without appointment so I went to CVS in Hudson where the pharmacist told me my insurance wouldn't cover cost. I call insurance and they said the vaccination cost was covered so I call this location and explain my situation but Alexis just keeps talking over me telling me I didn't have appointment with her, she continues multiple times trying to tell me why I'm calling before hanging up

The worst pharmacy in New Port Richey. They tell you they have a product, you never find it, and they won't even try to help you. I only go there for my daughter. I wouldn't step foot in there otherwise.

I called to see if they had a medication and in stock and they wouldn't tell me and the tech hung up on me. Terrible customer service, the most ride people, and terrible service. I went to fill a script for my son and they told me I had to come back the next day when they could have filled it that day. I am a technician at Walgreens and I will never use CVS again.

First and foremost, I have been a client of CVS for many years. The pharmacy staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. The pharmacist on duty today (name unknown since he did not identify himself) was rude, hostile, and significantly lacked the professionalism I am accustomed to at CVS. Being a HCP myself and working with patients on a daily basis, his behavior was unacceptable and humiliating. If this is the way customers are treated at this store, it is highly detrimental to the CVS brand and from reading some of the reviews from this store, these behaviors are being tolerated. I will be transferring my business to a different location. Terrible experience!

I should never run out of my diabetic prescriptions. Been out for 3 days now. This pharmacy should have contact my Doctor if I need a renewal. Doctor said they sent the renewal to the pharmacy.CVS said they didn't. It's like a cat and mouse game with my life.

I've been going to this store for 8 years. I have usually had pleasant experiences in the past but currently the level of professionalism is at an all time low in the pharmacy. At my last visit I overheard the pahrmacist complain about the co-workers loudly saying "Come on people, this is a business, not your home". Then they charged me for the application device for my medication when they had not in the past. When I asked about it, they just looked at me with blank faces and said you'll have to pay for it.

I was told last Friday that they would have my meds on Monday and now they won’t have any until next Thursday. Idiots every one of them who work there.
