No reason you should have to sit at the drive through for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of you. It is always like this and now It is time to switch prescriptions to another pharmacy. Slower than death emoyees ALL the tine.

Got on time at 1:28 to pick up medicine for my dad and there was already a closed sign posted. I honked and a lady told me someone will be there shortly. Th pharmacist Robert came 3 minutes later and said “it’s 1:31 how can I help you” in a sarcastic tone. I ended up having the meds for my dad but this is bad business practice to put a sign earlier than the closing time of 1:30 pm.

I went to this CVS today, 1/24/24. I arrived at 7:20pm and according to their schedule, they close at 8:00pm.
There were no customers, and it took them 15 minutes for someone to appear at the drive-thru window. Finally, at 7:35pm, when they attended to me, the person from the pharmacy informed me that they had shut down all their machinery due to a lack of staff and couldn't provide me with my medications.

This store was very clean and organized! We are from out of town and had to go to the clinic inside and it was very nice. We made an appointment online and were seen right away. I was very impressed with the service we received. I wish the CVS in Marietta, GA was this clean!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful too!

Very poor manager. has no customer relations skills,very poorly trained.Whole store is poorly stocked ,dirty and disorganized.Staff not in uniforms or have name tags Looks as if this is one that is closing down.

Horrible service incompetence in these people is unreal! On hold for over an hour and she hung up on me. All you had to tell me was that you were unable to get the information or you had no idea as to how to complete the process.

The laziest pharmacy I've ever seen. They will flat out lie to your face to get you to go away. They'll tell you they're out of something just so they don't have to do their job. It's astonishing how bad this place is. After lying that medication was out for weeks, they then said insurance wouldn't cover it. Spoke with insurance, this pharmacy never even attempted to fill it. They even argued WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY that it wasn't covered. Switched to the CVS in Target and had the prescription in less than 24 hours (ready in less than 2).This place is shameful and should be shut down. Avoid it at all costs.
