This is the second time I’ve been in that store. Both times, Matt helped me. I’ve had an awesome experience and n this store thank to him. I highly recommend getting cricket as a phone company and going here to do everything. For real, this is one of the best experiences with customer services in my life. Matt is the best

Took a family member to pay his phone. Store changed hours from closing at 8PM to 7PM, there was a paper notice on the door. Two people at the front desk, closed the store 20 minutes early and they were just sitting and talking. Once they saw us, they looked at each other and acted like we werent there. After knocking on the door the male worker crossed his hands saying no. Family member was unable to go in and pay the phone.

This place used to be a good store front. Friendly and quick, great service, no problem.Last month this store kicked me and my SD (service dog) out when trying to pay a bill. Asked illegal guestions about my health. This month my husband went up there to pay they denied him, because it's in my name. Yet he's always been the one that pays it, due to my mobility issue.

Upgraded my phone last week and gentleman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First visit with 2 other customers he was able to multitask taking care of all of us efficiently, with courtesy, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Took my new phone back and he easily addressed all my questions and concerns. I left smiling both times.
