Stay away from this installer that was part of the installer program at Floor and Decor. Started out great with the quoting process and went downhill from installation on. Once they were paid in full, the follow up was terrible. I did get them to come back and fix a few things but sent them several pictures and videos of the flooring on our stairs that wasn't attached and sliding out when you walked on the stairs! Never heard a word again from them to get it fixed. I ended up paying another contractor to come and fix their mistakes. The other problem is we ended up with 8 boxes plus of extra flooring, 21 extra 8' sticks of threshold, 12-16' sticks of 5-1/2" baseboard, 2 extra boxes of backsplash for a very small kitchen, plus dozens of extra trim pieces for the flooring! When I called him about it he said oh well we overbudget and then Floor and Decor must have overbudgeted on top of that. When I went to return the leftover items to Floor and Decor, they wouldn't refund to my credit card! They told me I would have to take a store credit. On top of that, the threshold sticks (813.00 worth) they wouldn't take back because they no longer carry it!!! I'm not sure who is in charge of the sham they have going on but I would steer clear of both when picking a flooring company!!!

The process to get my new floors was great. Chris was transparent and his crew was efficient. The floors are flawless and we love them. I highly recommend Ceramic Creations!

I dealt with John from Ceramic Creations and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from him, kept in touch with quotes, answered any questions, and kept me informed about all aspects of the work they were doing for me. When the work began the installers arrived and didn't waste any time, they worked fast but accurately and I was amazed at how professional they were from start to finish.I am 100% pleased with the clean up and the finished job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.The photos show the quality of their tile work.

We needed new flooring in our sunroom. All it took was one call to John philie. He gave me a more than reasonable labor rate and an itemized breakdown of what costs what. Few days later a young man named Daniel comes over and wow! What a workhorse of a young man. Smart polite and did excellent work. I recommend this company.RegardsJoe H

Ceramic Creations just finished a floor install on my condo. I'm delighted with the experience from start to finish. John Philie was highly recommended by Patricia at Floors & Decor. He arrived for the measuring appointment promptly and answered all of my installation questions. I bought the flooring supplies and the Ceramic Creation team (Chris/Rich) installed my new flooring and baseboard one week later. The installation team was also prompt, polite, and very considerate, especially of working within our tight condo parking lot and not inconveniencing my neighbors. I believe everyone associated with my project went above and beyond, especially Chris/Rich in fitting the flooring under my hot water heater. All in all, the flooring looks terrific. It's exactly what I wanted.

When we bought our new home two years ago, we hired Ceramic Creations to install the new wood flooring in all four bedrooms. Tony and his crew did an amazing job which included removing the old carpeting. They were all punctual, courteous and true professionals, and we absolutely love how it turned out.Recently a couple of the doorway transitions broke, and I called Chris to see if he could help. He made the time to come out, took a look at the issue and told me that if I picked up the material that he'd fix the problem. Today, just like he said, Chris came by to finish the job and it looks great!If you want your next project to be done by a highly professional, reliable and customer-focused team, then look no further. Had my entire house done by these people. They skimped on grout causing me to trip between the tiles and break my shoulder and I've been in pain since. I called the owner Chris which said he had not received any of my messages before and he would come take a look at it. It's no surprise that he never showed up or even called. They were contracted through floor and decor. Lots of money spent on this project with much less than good work! Run don't walk and waste your time and money or risk broken bones with them. They don't care once they are paid.

We have used them for multiple projects over the past year including:- All floors in house replaced with vinyl planks- Both showers completely re-tiled- Back porch slab tiled- Kitchen back splash replacedAll jobs were d scheduled and completed quickly and on time or a little earlier than stated. Rates were very reasonable, and all work came out great. John our Project Manager for all jobs was professional and ensured everything went smoothly. Gary did all of our tile work and was amazing as well. Thanks guys for everything, we love all of it!

This the second project with Ceramic Creations. The first was a floor on a 20’ x 20’ room that was originally a porch. It was neither flat nor level. They did an excellent job and started and finished on time. Our most recent job was a shower, the bathroom floor, and the floor of the adjoining room. The bathroom wall included a decorative “waterfall”. It all came out beautiful and we are totally pleased with the quality of the work. TheTile Setter, Dan, and his helper Mark were great. Dan took his time, planned his work and was a true craftsman. They were extremely neat and kept everything clean. They respected our home, especially our newly polished terrazzo floors. John, the estimator “sales rep”, was always accessible and kept in touch throughout the project. Yes, there were a few surprises and hiccups along the way, largely caused by me not understanding the complexity of redoing a shower and not properly coordinating with the plumber. But, in summary, we are very pleased with both projects and will definitely use Ceramic Creations again.

Hired Ceramic Creations to tear out the carpet in 2 bedrooms and replace with tile that matched the rest of the home. They were able to find the matching tile and their work is impeccable. You cant tell where the floors start in the bedrooms, it all flows like it was all originally done that way. Their crew cleaned up after themselves each day as well and I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire them.
