“I was in and out quickly. The gentleman that helped me went over the inspection for my car and told me suggestions for services during my next oil change. He offered discounts on the services provided. They were even kind enough to put my new license plate on my car that was in my trunk from the DMV. I received text messages on the progress of the services done on my car. He personally told me when my vehicle was on the way to the cat wash and drove my car to the front door. It's always a great experience.”

“The management is friendly and I love supporting a veteran-owned business in my neighborhood. Tommy's Express just opened a second location in Spring Hill on 50 but this review is for the one I have been using for four years, on Mariner by Northcliffe. I have a monthly membership for two vehicles, with the veteran discount. It is auto-drafted so I can just drive up and go through. I don't generally use the vacuum station section, but I have in the past. Pros: quick, convenient, and I can go as much as I need to, without extra cost, especially during love bug season. Also, there are locations elsewhere if I'm traveling. I've also used the one in Hudson on 19 but only a couple of times. Cons: lately, the soap doesn't clear off the back windshield at the end of the wash. I thought at first it had something to do with having a different size and shape vehicle, or how fast I go through. But I've seen other people comment about this, so I'm going to bring it up next time I go through. Also, the Halloween display is really gross and morbid. A body hanging upside down, blood, blood handprints that look child-sized. Am grossed out and I avoid the car wash during that time period. I know of one child that was absolutely frightened. Would ask that they reconsider this display, as it is unavoidable for us regular customers during that time period. Those two things are the only factors that bring a five-star experience down to a four. Overall, a great car wash experience.”
