“Five stars for Jose for exceptional customer service going above and beyond expectations dealing with the aftermath of Helene. A flooded parking lot with 3 feet of water, a flooded office, no Internet or business phone, and no rentable vehicles. Jose used his personal cell phone at 5AM to tell us he had to get vehicles from other locations for our scheduled Monday morning pick up. By 9AM
he contacted us that he had a vehicle and we were able to continue on our way.”
